Today we’d like to introduce you to Gianna Cerullo.
Hi Gianna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I came from a retail and fashion background where I was a personal shopper and stylist for 20 years. By chance, I was watching over a construction site for a friend, and I ended up selling the property. I realized that my fashion background was an easy segway into real estate.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it has not been a smooth road. You are not working for McDonald’s and selling people french fries. You have to go find clients and help them navigate the home buying and selling process. Every day you have to prove your worth and you are only as good as your last transaction.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a luxury real estate sales agent. I am a founding member of the Compass Dallas office. I like guiding and advising people as they make decisions for their family and their lifestyle.
Any big plans?
For the near future, to make 2026 better than 2025, I always want to challenge myself to do better. I also want to conquer my fear of public speaking. For the further future, I want to retire and buy a house in Italy.
