Today we’d like to introduce you to Kayla Enright.

Hi Kayla, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
2020 had me switch from families to restaurants and I realized the hospitality industry is the love of my life.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Taxes suck; you should really ensure you’re prepared to handle them before you start making bigger profits.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a hospitality photographer; I go from hotel to restaurant and capture delicious content for my clients. This entire career is based on daily pivoting, such as rescheduling, push-backs, shipment delays, etc.

This year, I’m making a big focus and push on mentorship & business coaching. I think a lot of creatives could benefit from just being a little more confident and business-savvy.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Seriously, make sure all your licenses and taxes and sales taxes are up to date before you literally pay the price.
