Today we’re excited to be connecting with Ken Bloodsaw again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Ken, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
Here’s an updated response that ties in the provided accomplishments and addresses the question:
Thank you for having me again! I’m Ken of Finesse Media, a creative powerhouse behind several endeavors that showcase excellence and amplify voices within our community. I’ve had the honor of being recognized in UAPB’s 50 Under 50 Alumni as one of the most outstanding alumni, a milestone that underscores my dedication to innovation and impact.
Beyond this recognition, I’m proud to have continuously collaborated with Dr. Evelyn Braxton to expand her brand and vision. Together, we’ve developed strategies to elevate her presence, ensuring her work continues to inspire audiences everywhere.
I’m also thrilled to announce the launch of Finesse Media Podcast Season 7—a platform where stories, culture, and creative excellence converge.
What sets me apart is my commitment to authentic storytelling, community-building, and creating platforms for others to shine. My journey has been shaped by resilience, collaboration, and a relentless drive to innovate. From establishing myself as a leader within Finesse Media to being recognized by my alma mater, each step has been fueled by a desire to leave a legacy of excellence and inspiration.
Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Thank you for the opportunity to reconnect! Since our last conversation, my journey has been a dynamic mix of progress, reflection, and new beginnings.
One of my proudest accomplishments is continuing to build on my recognition as one of UAPB’s 50 Under 50 Alumni. This honor has fueled my passion for giving back and showcasing excellence within our community. My work with Dr. Evelyn Braxton has also been a cornerstone of this chapter. Together, we’ve been strategically growing her brand and reaching new heights—her vision and dedication continue to inspire me every step of the way.
On the media front, I’m thrilled (and a little emotional) to share that Finesse Media Podcast Season 7 is in the works—and it will be my final season. This platform has been a labor of love, creating space for authentic conversations and shining a light on remarkable individuals. Closing this chapter is bittersweet, but I’m excited to explore what’s next with the same level of passion and purpose.
Of course, the journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Balancing the demands of multiple projects while staying true to my creative vision has required patience and adaptability. But the highs—like witnessing the impact of my work and connecting with incredible people—have far outweighed the obstacles.
What excites me most about this next chapter is the opportunity to evolve, take on fresh challenges, and expand my creative footprint. Whether it’s diving deeper into content creation, mentoring emerging talent, or building new collaborations, I’m looking forward to continuing this journey of growth and impact.
Thank you for following along, and I can’t wait to see where the next chapter leads!

What would the perfect day look like for you? Please give us as many details as possible.
The perfect day for me is a balance of peace, productivity, and connection. It starts with waking up early to quiet time, enjoying a warm cup of coffee or tea, and reflecting or journaling to set the tone for the day.
The morning would include a light workout or yoga session to energize me, followed by diving into meaningful work or creative projects that align with my passions. Midday, I’d have a relaxing lunch—either solo or with loved ones—sharing good food and uplifting conversations.
In the afternoon, I’d dedicate time to something fun or fulfilling, like reading, brainstorming new ideas, or exploring a hobby. I’d also make space for self-care, whether it’s a calming bath, a walk outdoors, or simply a moment of stillness.
Evenings would be about connection—cooking a great meal, sharing laughs with family or friends, or winding down with a favorite movie or book. The day would end with gratitude, reflecting on the highlights before falling asleep, feeling both accomplished and at peace.
