Keritan, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
I’m Keritan! I help business owners become bankable and create systems to scale their business.
I also have my Real Estate Investment company and have personally and professionally grown a lot since I was previously featured on the page!
Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Entrepreneurship is a massive roller-coaster. If you don’t have the right support system or strong will power then success will be less than likely.
The latest few months have tested mines and only because I’ve established relationships with other ambitious business owners that I stayed sane.
We’ve closed a decent amount of properties and helped alot of family members close chapters in their long family history. Alot of land transactions, mobile homes, and currently working on buying a duplex via creative finance.
I’ve also personally helped hundreds of family members and business owners fix their credit to get funding and scale their business.
With the advent of AI, I want to show people just how powerful that is. My vision I had of what I could create is starting to come from circle now.

What are you most excited about in the coming year?
Moreso excited about growth and opportunities that will arise.
My credit company has been established for well over 5 years now. A few years ago, we were apart of the Goldman Sachs program and that network has helped me find other ventures to get into as well as grow my current business.
We’re still assisting homeowners with their troubles and unexpected situations as well as establishing a presence in the DFW area.
We’re also shifting to help business owners use AI Agents in their business and I want to create those workflows for other corporations.
I personally need to work on the local presence besides focusing on the internet portion, so if anyone is reading this and can help with that please reach out!
