Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Henderson.
Hi Michelle, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I have always chosen a career that has helped others heal in different situations. I have worked in education as a teacher, educational diagnostician, and behavior analyst for thirty years. While teaching children with autism, I wrote a book titled A Three Element Social Skill Program: Instruction, Drama, and Technology. In 2006, I opened IASIS Learning Center, a non-profit organization teaching children social skills through drama techniques. In parallel to that, my intuition blossomed in my 20’s and visitations from the spirit world began to increase. After retiring from education, knowing I was going to serve the Divine and offer spiritual services, I obtained my Ordained Ministry from the Universal Life Church Ministries in 2019. In 2021, I became a Certified Spiritual Advisor with Psychic and Medium Certificates through the Lisa Williams International School of Spiritual Development.
As I embraced my spiritual growth, I was able to use these skills to help special needs families. My journey to becoming a professional Spiritual Advisor began when I retired from education. With the knowledge I obtained through my life-long work with children, I became passionate about helping intuitive children embrace their gifts. I also share my innovative ideas with other lightworkers, spiritual coaches, teachers, or anyone who works with families by giving them direction about supporting families of intuitive children. I have written a book in 2022, Spiritual Nurturing for Intuitive Children: Training Parents to Embrace and Enhance Their Psychic Child’s Abilities, to fulfill these goals.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Parents, society, and communities can influence a child’s spiritual growth, and I believe that everyone who walks a spiritual path from an early age will find their true purpose in life. This has been true for me and my family. I grew up in Abilene, Texas, which is in the “bible belt” of the United States. Every Sunday, my family and I would attend services at our community church, and I’d go to Sunday school. I embraced the love, forgiveness, faith, and non-judgmental teachings of Jesus, and have always been grateful for my religious upbringing. My relationship with Jesus extends outside the bounds of the religious sector, and on my spiritual journey over a lifetime, I have strengthened my spiritual, intuitive relationship with Jesus.
As far back as I can remember, I have always followed my intuition. But as I grew up, my intuition became stronger—I felt different energies, felt spirit’s presence, and heard spirit voices. It wasn’t long before I started talking to spirits. When I shared my loving spiritual experiences with family and friends, I was told: “Don’t open that door!” Everyone told me not to pursue the spiritual realm—they were afraid of what might happen. So, it wasn’t until years later that I embraced my authentic self. I have found my own psychic community, and yes, there are others who will reject me once they find out who I truly am. Wouldn’t it be a shame that they did not find out that I’m a loving caring individual that wants to help others heal spiritually? What if, instead of discouraging children’s spiritual growth, parents could be educated about the spiritual world?
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I work as a Spiritual Advisor and provide psychic and mediumship readings, provide training on how to work with families raising intuitive children, and provide family services that support families and psychic children. I am honored to be a Spiritual Advisor and to have the opportunity to be able to help others heal and to help guide them on their spiritual journey.

• To be reassured that there is an afterlife and to find closure after a loved one crosses over.
• To recognize that there is a spiritual realm that helps you along your life journey.

Parent Training: When I provide training on how to work with families raising intuitive children, I hope to help and inspire you to develop and expand your services to help psychic children and their families. I will guide you in developing a Family Service Plan with a variety of holistic techniques. When you share your knowledge with families, they will feel empowered to help their child to fulfill their spiritual journey. You can make a big difference in these intuitive children’s lives by working with one family at a time!
Family Services: An In-Take Session will take place to determine a program that is best for your child. I will develop weekly goals for you and your child to do together to support and embrace your child’s intuitive abilities. Your child will learn different strategies and techniques so that they feel more in control of their abilities and will feel powerful! Learning how to walk your spiritual journey should not be fearful! Just imagine what your child can do with their abilities as they grow and get stronger!
