Hi Missy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
“I started acting back in high school and kept going in college. Life happened, I raised my kids, let them tap into creativity too, and took a pause. When I came back, I came back grown — and ready.”
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Nothing about this journey has been easy or smooth. It’s taken patience, focus, and believing in myself even when the results didn’t show up right away
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
“I’m an actress who embodies empowerment and self-worth through my work. I specialize in strong, layered characters and authentic storytelling. What I’m most proud other than my kids and glambabies is showing up fully as myself and letting that truth come through on screen. What sets me apart is that I don’t just play roles — I embody them.” Figure out where I want to be in the scene and get it done.
In addition to acting, I love to help people identify who they truly are in real life — their worth, their presence, their confidence. I identify as an identity Embodiment Coach because I teach people how to embody the version of themselves they already aspire to be, and live it out loud.”
There are many layers to me. I’m not just an actress — I’m a mother, a grandmother, a wife, a friend, and an Identity Embodiment Coach, a multi business owner. At my core, I’m a woman of integrity who’s passionate about purpose, growth, and empowerment.
