Nadia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Nadia Fakih has been a trail-blazing entrepreneur since 2006. Using her extensive real estate knowledge and business savvy, she created highly acclaimed resto-lounges in Las Vegas, Hollywood, and Dallas. Her establishments served as her platform to meet and connect with an elite clientele.

In 2006, Nadia began her real estate career alongside her mother and sister. They began investing in new construction and won numerous awards as top sales in the Las Vegas real estate market. In 2012, Nadia obtained her Executive MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and shortly after became a licensed California Realtor.

She was introduced to a very dynamic market and quickly adapted to all the different aspects of the real estate industry. The experience gave her the ability to navigate through the complexities of real estate transactions. From new construction to investment properties, Nadia is able to provide her clients with impressive, comprehensive knowledge and real estate expertise.

Over the course of her real estate career, Nadia has successfully originated and funded over $300 million in real estate sales and mortgage transactions. With more than 20,000 direct social media contacts, you will see that Nadia loves to engage and use her personality to promote her passion for real estate. Not only does Nadia speak Arabic, Spanish, and some Urdu, but she also has an extensive international background. From the Middle East to South America, Nadia is poised to be the most influential player in this fast-growing market.

Nadia lives in Frisco with her three children. She loves traveling, cooking, and interior designing.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My sister Sarah and I have been selling real estate since the early 2000s, with our journey bringing them from Las Vegas to California and, eventually, to North Dallas. We have been successful in real estate at each step along the way, but as serial entrepreneurs, they’ve also started several other businesses.

We went through many ups and downs with no promise of a return. When COVID shut down local businesses in 2020, our business, Blush Bar, was forced to close its doors, but that wasn’t the end for us. It was just the beginning. Now, we could go all in on real estate.

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
In 2012, I obtained my Executive MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and shortly after became a licensed California Realtor. We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success for me involves creating a work-life balance that allows me to be present for my children while still pursuing my professional goals. It means being able to provide a comfortable and nurturing home environment for my family while also being a positive role model for my children.

Regarding personal growth, success means continually learning and growing in my real estate expertise, taking on new challenges, and expanding my entrepreneurial endeavors. It also means finding fulfillment and satisfaction in my professional achievements and the quality time I spend with my children.
