My journey into fitness and nutrition wasn’t exactly a smooth, straight path. In fact, it’s been a rollercoaster ride full of twists and turns, lessons learned, and moments of doubt. But looking back, I can honestly say that every challenge along the way was worth it, because it brought me to where I am now: passionate about helping others embrace their own fitness and wellness journeys.
At the beginning, I was just like many people—feeling overwhelmed by the endless options and conflicting information about health and fitness. I tried different routines, diets, and trends, but nothing truly stuck. It was hard to stay consistent, especially when life got busy or when I faced setbacks. But slowly, I started to realize that fitness isn’t just about doing the “perfect” thing—it’s about finding what works for you, staying consistent, and being kind to yourself on the days when things don’t go as planned.
One of the most exciting parts of my journey was when I had the opportunity to lead outdoor boot camps. It was such an amazing experience to see people come together in nature, pushing themselves physically while also connecting with each other. The energy was always incredible, and we built a wonderful sense of community. I loved watching people grow stronger, both physically and mentally. But as with all things, sometimes life changes, and those outdoor boot camps eventually came to an end. While I was sad to see that chapter close, it didn’t stop my passion for helping others on their fitness journeys.
Now, as a fitness lead at my church, I’ve been able to refocus my energy and continue to support others. I’m especially excited about our **Circuit Saturday** training sessions that we host once a month in Plano, TX. The best part? They’re **free**. No more excuses, no barriers.
