Check Out Stacey Allen’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Allen.

Stacey Allen

Hi Stacey, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
Our dream started with a desire to serve great-tasting beverages and offer something a little different in the craft coffee and mocktail industry. We started with a mobile concept.

Our mission is to encourage people to “live well & drink well.” So often we are checking labels for the foods we eat, but we neglect to check the contents of our beverages!

My hope is to disrupt the beverage service industry and provide healthier alternatives to people at events like weddings, private parties, corporate events, markets, etc.

We strive to offer the cleanest of ingredients in our beverages using organic or natural syrups, organic juices, and additives that are healthy for you. We use additives like adaptogens, turmeric, lion’s mane, l-theanine, ashwagandha, MCT oil, and more!

We’ve noticed that more and more of us are cutting back on drinking alcohol and beverages that contain toxins. We are becoming more aware of the effects unhealthy beverages have on us, and we shouldn’t be ashamed to drink less alcohol or not at all. Yet, we still want to bring fun and excitement to an event! We do our very best when crafting our menu to ensure that it delivers flavor, satisfaction, and a great time!

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I think every entrepreneur experiences their own set of challenges. In the mobile coffee and mocktail space, the biggest challenge is the labor-intensive aspect of being mobile. It’s not exactly easy to lug around a 60lb. espresso machine all the time!

I also think that another challenge is encouraging people to be more conscious of what beverages they are consuming. I believe our culture has overdone social drinking, and we often rely on alcohol to temporarily take away the stressors of our day. However, being an advocate for living a healthier lifestyle is not always easy and it is often considered unusual, weird, or anti-social especially when you don’t have a habit of drinking alcohol often. I want to change that mindset! I want people to still have fun without the hangover! I will continue to encourage others to be more cognizant of what’s in the beverages they are drinking!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We are a mobile craft coffee and mocktail bar. We specialize in serving delicious beverages made with healthier syrups, juices, and additives. Our goal is to provide a unique and refreshing experience for people attending various events such as weddings, corporate events, private parties, and public parties.

With a background in the restaurant industry, we understand the importance of exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our clients.

We take pride in using high-quality ingredients and offer a variety of flavors and customization options to cater to individual preferences.

While traditional coffee and mocktail companies often use syrups and additives that are high in sugar and artificial ingredients, we prioritize sourcing healthier alternatives. Our syrups are made from natural sweeteners like cane sugar, brown sugar, monk fruit, agave, or honey, reducing the overall sugar content without sacrificing taste. We also offer a variety of fresh juices and natural flavorings to enhance the flavors of our beverages.

As a mobile bar, we bring the party to you! We take care of the entire beverage experience, from setup to cleanup, so our guests can focus on enjoying the event without any worries.

What’s next?
We have so many future plans and exciting things happening!

Our most recent plan is to deck out a small trailer that we can serve out of. We are currently working with a local artist, Paisley, with Studio X Paisley to come up with a design for our trailer. We cannot wait to share this cute trailer when it is all completed!
