Hi Tess & Amber, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Hi! We are Tess & Amber, the CEOs and founders of 2Girls1Brush Beauty! We met in 2020 at a wedding where we were both newbies in the bridal business and venturing out on our own. We have both loved the beauty industry for as long as we can remember so us getting into this business was no surprise to anyone in our lives. Along the way, we started to get busier and busier and had the idea to expand our little duo into a team and, thus, 2Girls1Brush Beauty was born.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not! We met right before Covid hit so as we were developing our skills and businesses, we were hit with not being able to work for quite a while. Once weddings started taking place again, it was tough to watch brides have to deal with the restrictions and many weddings were canceled or rescheduled. This made 2022 extremely busy as many brides postponed to that year so the amount of brides getting married in 2022 was crazy!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are known as your bridal besties with the best TikTok account around! We specialize in soft glam (our motto is Soft Glam? Yes Ma’am!) but can also create pretty much any look you can dream of. Versatile queens! We thrive on creating a special, fun, relaxed and truly different experience for your bridal era. You can find us making fun videos, laughing with our brides and other clients, sprucing up our ultra pink studio or posing for unique photoshoots.
