Today we’d like to introduce you to Tisha White. They and their team shared their story with us below:
It all started with a God-inspired dream, Give Serve and Love our community. Brian White was a corporate sales guy working his way up the ladder from companies like Dell Computer and Lenovo. Tisha was staying home with their 3 boys, managing their crazy schedules. Brian job was very demanding, and he traveled 3 to 4 days a week. As the years went on, the boys got older, and the demand to have a dad around became more evident. Our oldest son was really struggling with severe depression and anxiety, and having a dad that was traveling was wearing on us all. Brian’s career was soaring, but our family unit was breaking down, and we knew we were going to have to do something different.
Tisha decided to get her real estate license, and as she learned more about the business, it became apparent that real estate could be a great way for Brian to get out of the corporate world and get home with his kids. So, in 2015, Brian left his corporate job, and Brian and Tisha jumped into the real estate world together. As a team, we quickly rose to the top 500 agents in North Texas, receiving many awards along the way. Now we are the proud owners of a brand-new Franchise, Success Space. We have always been intrigued by the Cowork model, and when we saw this brand, we partnered with the Success Space team to build out this business.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Ha, smooth road, now that if funny! True Success doesn’t get achieved by traveling a smooth road, anyone can do that. It is the uphill battles, the falls, the bumps and bruises, the thousands of nos before you get to the yeses. When Brian left his corporate job, everything changed for us, and none of it was easy. The first couple of years was like drinking from a fire hose, we had no insurance, no income, a huge house, 3 boys, private school, and a lifestyle to keep up with. We had no choice but to make it work, and we busted our butts to do it. But it was all worth it; Brian was home every night, pouring into me and his boys, and slowly, our world got better and better. The more challenges we faced, the stronger we became, we put all of our faith in God, we served our community, we loved on our family and friends and through it all we grew stronger and healthier as a family unit.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
Our mottos is to Give Serve Love, we are called by God to be Epic. To get up each day and make a difference in the world that we live in. We believe that showing up matters. It matters to your family, to your friends, to your business partners, and everyone you interact with. We have met 100’s of people through our church, networking, and organizations we are involved and loving on people, and being involved in people’s lives, helping people gives us energy and motivation. Our businesses pair perfectly with that. In real estate, people are truly going through what is usually very stressful time, after all it is their biggest financial investment, and they need an agent who is going to show up for them and be there to help them through the entire process no matter how hard it gets.
Success Space is a community of people that Cowork together. Whether you are grabbing a coffee in our open to the public cafe or grabbing a place to work in our shared office space, we have a place for you to get out of your house and be with a community that will give you back some energy and excitement to work and get things done.
We even have an onsite business Coach to help business owners gain clarity, discover efficiency, implement systems, and tap into massive momentum. In our world the more we help other, the more joy we get out of our lives.

Give Serve Love – Give of your time, talents, and treasure, get outside of yourself and Serve others, show up each day, and care about others.
