Christian Ross-Francis’s Stories, Lessons & Insights

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Christian Ross-Francis . Check out our conversation below.

Hi Christian , thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Who are you learning from right now?
What I’m learning right now is the importance of choosing yourself every single day. It’s about showing up with confidence, trusting your path, and believing in the value you bring to every moment. When you make that choice consistently, everything begins to align with who you truly are.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Christian Ross-Francis, and I’m a brand manager dedicated to helping athletes, content creators, and influencers grow powerful, authentic personal brands. In today’s crowded digital landscape, standing out isn’t just about having followers it’s about building meaningful connections, communicating value with clarity, and turning influence into opportunity. Whether you’re on the field, behind the camera, or in front of a global audience, my mission is to help you craft a brand that speaks louder than the competition and lasts longer than trends.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
For me, it’s the habit of always showing up for everyone being the dependable one, the go-to person. It used to make me feel useful and needed, but I’ve realized it came with a quiet expectation: that others would show up for me in the same way. When they didn’t, I’d feel disappointed or even resentful. Letting go of those high expectations and the idea that I have to be everything for everyone is tough, but it’s part of learning to care for myself, too.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There have been many moments when I felt like giving up especially after going above and beyond for people I trusted, only to be let down by their actions. It’s tough when loyalty and respect isn’t reciprocated

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a belief you used to hold tightly but now think was naive or wrong?
One belief I’ve held onto tightly, perhaps too tightly, is the idea that people will treat me the way I treat them. That if I’m honest, kind, and loyal, the people closest to me will mirror those same qualities back to me. In theory, it’s a lovely belief. It comes from a place of hope that if I show up with integrity and empathy, others will naturally do the same.

But over time, life has shown me that this expectation is often misplaced. People come from different experiences, values, and emotional toolkits. Not everyone interprets kindness the same way. Not everyone responds to loyalty with reciprocity. And expecting “me” out of others expecting them to think, care, react, or give like I do can lead to disappointment, resentment, and a warped sense of self-worth.

Still, I hesitate to call this belief purely foolish. There’s something noble in wanting to lead with goodness, to assume the best. But I’m learning to balance that idealism with realism. To show up fully as myself, while releasing the need for others to do the same. Not everyone will

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
If you asked my clients what they’ll miss most about working with me, I believe the answer would be simple: my authenticity, my relentless work ethic, and my ability to get things done—no excuses, no delays.

Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships by showing up as my true self. I don’t believe in putting on a persona or offering empty promises. I’m straightforward, honest, and committed to creating real results not just ticking boxes. My clients have always known that they can rely on me to be transparent, accountable, and fully invested in their success.

Beyond that, I take pride in being a doer. I don’t shy away from challenges, and I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves when things get tough. Whether it’s a tight deadline, a complex problem, or a project that needs direction, I’ve always been the one to step in and deliver on time, and often beyond expectations.

In a world where talk can be cheap, I’ve built a reputation for being someone who follows through. That’s what I believe my clients will remember most: that I brought integrity, drive, and results to every project we tackled together.
