My journey with Signature Glam began with a genuine love for beauty and the way makeup can transform not only how a woman looks, but also how she feels. For me, makeup has never been about covering someone up or turning her into a different person. It is about helping her see the beauty that is already there and giving her the confidence to walk into any room feeling like the best version of herself.
That belief became the foundation of Signature Glam. I started by serving women one appointment at a time, listening to what they wanted and learning how to create looks that felt personal to each client. Whether someone wants soft, natural makeup or a full-glam transformation, my goal is always for her to feel beautiful, comfortable, and still like herself. Over time, my work grew to include birthdays, photoshoots, special occasions, and bridal services. Being trusted to be part of a woman’s wedding day is something I never take lightly. Those moments are deeply personal, and I feel honored every time a client chooses Signature Glam to be part of her story.
As Signature Glam continued to grow, I wanted my clients to be able to take a piece of the experience home with them. That desire led me to create Signature Glam Cosmetics. The line includes products such as our matte foundations, lipsticks, lip glosses, lashes, concealers, powders, and other beauty essentials designed to help women create beautiful, long-lasting looks. I am especially passionate about complexion products and providing shade options for women whose skin tones are often overlooked or not properly understood.
Building both the makeup service side of my business and the cosmetics line has required patience, consistency, sacrifice, and a willingness to keep learning. There have been challenges behind the scenes, from developing products and managing inventory to building trust, promoting the brand, and handling the everyday responsibilities of being a business owner. Not every season has been easy, but every challenge has strengthened my commitment to the vision.
Today, Signature Glam is more than a makeup business to me. It represents confidence, care, quality, and connection. I want every woman who sits in my chair or uses one of my products to feel seen and valued. I am proud of how far the brand has come, but I also know this is only the beginning. My vision is to continue growing Signature Glam into a trusted beauty brand that serves women of different ages, backgrounds, and skin tones while never losing the personal touch that inspired it.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has definitely not been a completely smooth road. Building Signature Glam has been beautiful and rewarding, but it has also required a great deal of patience, sacrifice, faith, and resilience.
One of my biggest challenges has been learning how to wear so many different hats at once. I am not only the makeup artist. I am also responsible for customer service, scheduling, marketing, inventory, product development, content creation, and the everyday decisions that keep the business moving. Balancing all of that with, work, and my personal responsibilities has not always been easy. There have been many late nights, early mornings, and moments when I felt physically and emotionally exhausted, but I still had to show up.
Growing Signature Glam Cosmetics brought a different set of challenges. Developing products that meet my standards takes time, and there have been moments when packaging, product components, inventory, or other details did not turn out exactly as expected. As a small-business owner, every mistake or setback affects you personally and financially. Those experiences taught me to pay closer attention, ask better questions, improve my processes, and never release something simply because it is convenient. If my name and brand are attached to it, I want to feel proud of it.
Another challenge has been building visibility and trust in a very competitive beauty industry. There are many talented artists and established cosmetic brands, so I have had to remain consistent and allow my work, products, and treatment of my clients to speak for me. Growth does not always happen as quickly as we hope, and social media can sometimes make success appear effortless. Behind every beautiful photo is a lot of work that people may never see.
Still, I am grateful for every part of the journey, including the difficult moments. The struggles have made me more disciplined, more intentional, and more connected to the purpose behind Signature Glam. They have taught me that success is not just about how quickly you grow. It is also about having the courage to keep going, learning from every experience, and continuing to believe in what you are building even before everyone else can see the vision.

My job is to listen and create a look that reflects the woman sitting in my chair.
As a professional makeup artist and esthetician, I also understand how important the skin is to the final result. Beautiful makeup begins with proper preparation, so I pay close attention to the condition of the client’s skin and use techniques that help the makeup look smooth, photograph beautifully, and last throughout her event.
What sets Signature Glam apart is the care behind the experience. My clients are not treated like appointment numbers. I want every woman who sits in my chair to feel comfortable, heard, celebrated, and cared for. This is especially important with my brides because I understand how emotional and meaningful a wedding day can be. I am not only there to apply makeup. I am there to bring a sense of calm, confidence, and positive energy to one of the most important moments of her life.

What makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is being surrounded by the people I love and knowing that I am building something meaningful that my family and I can be proud of. My faith also brings me happiness and keeps me grounded. It reminds me to remain grateful, trust the journey, and recognize that even the smallest progress is still worth celebrating.
I also find genuine happiness in making other women feel beautiful. There is a special moment when a client looks in the mirror after her makeup is finished and her entire expression changes. You can see her confidence come alive. Knowing that my hands, creativity, and care helped someone feel that way is incredibly fulfilling.
Creating and growing Signature Glam makes me happy because it allows me to turn my passion into something that serves others. Whether I am helping a bride feel confident on her wedding day, preparing a client for a special celebration, or helping someone find a product that complements her skin, I feel connected to a purpose greater than makeup itself.
For me, happiness is found in love, faith, family, meaningful work, and the ability to leave people feeling a little more confident and cared for than they did before they met me.
