Adesewa, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey into LuxeBridalAssist started in a very organic way. A friend of mine reached out because she needed help with her photoshoot, getting dressed, styling her outfits, and coordinating everything so it aligned with her vision. I agreed, and that experience ended up being a turning point for me.
In that moment, I realized how much I genuinely enjoyed not just helping her look good, but helping her feel confident, prepared, and fully put together. There’s something powerful about bringing someone’s vision to life and allowing her to show up as her best self, and that’s what stood out to me.
That experience sparked the idea of becoming a bridal assistant.
In January 2025, I began doing my research and quickly noticed that there was a gap in the DFW market. There weren’t many dedicated bridal assistant services, especially ones focused on providing a high-touch, luxury experience for brides. I saw both a need and an opportunity to create something intentional.
With that, LuxeBridalAssist was born.
Since then, I’ve built the brand around providing calm, organized, and detail-oriented support for brides on their wedding day. My goal is to make sure the bride doesn’t have to worry about anything behind the scenes, she can simply be present, confident, and fully enjoy her moment.
What started as helping a friend has grown into a purpose-driven business, and I’m continuing to expand and elevate the experience I offer to every bride I work with.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but every challenge has helped shape the business into what it is today.
One of the biggest challenges early on was building awareness. Since bridal assistant services are still relatively new in my area, a lot of people didn’t fully understand what I do or why it’s essential. I had to take time to educate potential clients and show them the value of having someone dedicated solely to the bride.
Another challenge has been balancing growth with consistency. As the business started gaining more attention, I had to make sure I was still delivering a high-quality, personalized experience to every bride while also building the brand behind the scenes.
There were also moments of self-doubt, especially in the beginning, wondering if people would truly see the vision the way I did. But I stayed consistent, trusted my process, and focused on the impact I was making with each client.
Overall, it hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been purposeful. Every challenge has pushed me to grow, refine my services, and become more confident in the value LuxeBridalAssist brings to every bride.
We’ve been impressed with Luxebridalassist, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m the founder of LuxeBridalAssist, a luxury bridal assistant service created to support brides in a more personal and intentional way. What I do goes beyond just helping with tasks, I make sure the bride feels calm, confident, and truly taken care of on one of the most important days of her life.
I’ve always found joy in helping people look their best and bringing their vision to life, but what means the most to me is how they feel in those moments. I’m known for creating a peaceful, organized presence that allows the bride to slow down, breathe, and actually enjoy her day without feeling overwhelmed.
What sets me apart is the level of care I bring. I don’t just show up to assist, I show up with intention, making sure every detail is handled and every moment feels seamless.
I specialize in providing high-touch, on-site support, from assisting with dressing and styling to managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring everything flows effortlessly throughout the day. My role is to be the bride’s dedicated support system, making sure nothing is overlooked.
What I’m most proud of is turning something I genuinely love into a service that makes such a meaningful impact. LuxeBridalAssist represents more than just assistance, it represents peace of mind, trust, and a truly elevated experience.
What I want readers to know is that having a bridal assistant changes everything. It allows the bride to be fully present, to enjoy her day without stress, and to feel completely supported from start to finish.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I’m very intentional about what I consume because it affects how I show up in my life and my business. I enjoy listening to podcasts like The Goal Digger Podcast and The Mel Robbins Podcast, they really help me stay focused, grow my mindset, and keep pushing forward.
At the same time, a lot of what I’ve learned has come from real-life experience. Every client, every wedding, and every challenge has taught me something and helped me grow.
I just try to stay grounded, keep learning, and continue becoming better at what I do so I can give my clients the best experience possible
