Community Highlights: Meet Alexander Feng of Peak Service

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexander Feng.

Hi Alexander, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m Alexander Feng, and together with my co‑founder Cary Kraemer, we launched Peak Service because we saw a gap in the market: too many businesses were paying for generic marketing, overpriced agencies, or fragmented tools, yet seeing little real return or clarity. We believed in something better: lean, smart, high‑impact client acquisition that’s accessible, transparent, and scalable.

My background has straddled real estate and entrepreneurship. I’m a licensed broker in Texas and Illinois, and over the years I saw firsthand how real estate professionals (and local service businesses in general) struggle: they invest in websites, ads, tools, consultants, but rarely see a cohesive funnel that actually brings in clients predictably. There was always some missing part—either the SEO wasn’t working, or follow‑up wasn’t automated, or cost was just too steep for what you got.

Cary and I started talking about it. Cary had deep technical chops and a passion for automation and systems. I brought in domain knowhow, client acquisition challenges, and the worldview of someone who’s been on the front lines of sales, negotiation, and local business operations. We asked: What if you could get a fully integrated platform + service that handled everything—SEO, lead capture, website, automation, at a fair price, and with accountability?

That idea took root. We sketched it out over countless late nights, built a small prototype, started testing with friends and local businesses. The initial projects were modest, but the early wins were very encouraging. We realized: there was real demand for something we believed in.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s never a smooth road! From those early tests we iterated fast. We refined our funnel, our methodology, our service-level guarantees. We also ensured our value proposition was clear: we take on the headache, the complexity, clients shouldn’t worry about “which tool to use,” or “how to stitch analytics to chatbot to follow-up emails.” We should own that end-to-end stack.

We gradually expanded our team, built proprietary automation, improved our SEO playbooks, and made sure our pricing didn’t balloon out of reach. Every client case study helped refine our blueprint.

We’ve been impressed with Peak Service, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Today, Peak Service is an all‑in‑one marketing, automation, and lead generation platform + hands‑on service. We serve local businesses, agencies, service providers, and anyone who wants to grow predictably without juggling 10 tools. Our promise is simple but bold: we’ll take care of everything, so you can focus on running your business.

It hasn’t been easy. We’ve iterated through mistakes, optimized processes, hired people who share our standards. But the core mission remains: deliver real client acquisition results at sustainable cost, with transparency and accountability.

When I look back, what started as frustration with fragmented, overpriced solutions became Peak Service, a business designed to bridge that exact gap. And we’re just getting started.

Any big plans?
At Peak Service, our focus has always been on delivering real results, not fluff. Looking ahead, we plan to double down on that commitment by continuing to refine our core offering. That means smarter automation, more advanced SEO tools, and deeper integrations that simplify life for local businesses.

We’re also expanding our data and analytics capabilities. We want our clients to see exactly where their leads are coming from, what’s working, and how to scale it. Visibility builds trust, and trust drives long-term relationships.

On the product side, we’re building out more plug-and-play funnels tailored to specific industries. Whether you’re a contractor, a dentist, or a broker, your business has unique needs. We want to make it incredibly easy for anyone to get a high-performing client acquisition system live in days, not months.

Geographically, we’re growing too. We’re targeting underserved regions and industries where marketing is still fragmented or overpriced. We’ve seen how effective our system can be, and now it’s time to scale that impact.

Personally, I’m passionate about staying close to the ground. I’ll continue working with local business owners, staying plugged into real estate, and making sure Peak Service never loses touch with what real businesses actually need to grow.

So our future is really about two things. Scaling our impact and staying true to what made us different in the first place: results, simplicity, and service that actually delivers.
