Haute and Bodied Beauty Lounge didn’t begin as a brand, it began as a calling.
I still remember the moment it all clicked. It was 2007, and I had just earned my massage therapy license. I didn’t have a grand business plan or a blueprint for success. What I did have was instinct, this deep pull toward wellness and a passion for helping women feel powerful in their own skin. Those early years taught me something I carry with me to this day: when a woman feels good in her body, she steps differently, thinks differently, lives differently.
Fast forward to 2018.
A single introduction changed everything.
I discovered body contouring, an art form that blended science, sculpting, and self-confidence in a way I had never seen before. It wasn’t just transformative; it was electric. I knew instantly that this was the future of beauty and wellness. And I wasn’t content to just watch it happen. I wanted to master it.
So I dove in.
Late nights. Endless research. Trainings, techniques, trial, error, refinement. I wasn’t searching for shortcuts; I was building expertise, layer by layer, until I could create results women didn’t just see… they felt.
That commitment gave birth to Haute and Bodied Beauty Lounge.
A luxury studio crafted as intentionally as a couture garment.
A place where sculpting isn’t cosmetic, it’s personal.
A sanctuary where women walk in with hope and walk out with a new kind of confidence.
I built Haute and Bodied for the women who want more. More precision. More elevation. More transformation. Every service, every detail, every moment inside my studio is deliberate. It’s a reflection of my journey….bold, refined, and anchored in empowerment.
Today, when a client steps into Haute and Bodied, I want her to feel the way I felt when this dream finally crystallized:
like she’s stepping into her highest, most unapologetic self.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Breaking into a space as crowded and trend-driven as body contouring meant I had to fight to carve out my own identity. I had to prove my credibility every step of the way. Educating clients on what real, safe, lasting results look like, especially in a world full of quick fixes and misinformation.
Transitioning from massage therapy into advanced contouring technology was its own mountain. I had to learn, invest, and constantly stay ahead. And while building a boutique, luxury brand, I was competing with big medspas that had more resources and bigger teams. Meanwhile, I was juggling everything…marketing, content, finances, client experience, sometimes all in the same day.
Staffing came with its own challenges too. Training people to meet my standards, managing turnover, and keeping the energy of the studio consistent wasn’t always easy. Add in the constant changes in trends and social media algorithms, and I had to stay flexible while staying true to my vision.
Through it all, I kept investing in myself, my equipment, and my craft because I knew the level of excellence I wanted to bring to my clients. And that’s what pushed Haute and Bodied to become what it is today

What sets me apart:
What really sets me apart is how personal I make every experience. I don’t just provide a service. I take the time to understand each client’s body, goals, and confidence journey. My approach blends advanced technology with a true understanding of wellness, so every treatment feels intentional and results-driven.
What I specialize in:
I specialize in body contouring and sculpting that actually works. From fat reduction to skin tightening and full-body transformations, I focus on creating results that my clients can see and feel, while helping them feel confident and empowered throughout the process. Lymphatic drainage and other post op treatments are a huge part of my business as well. Ridding the body of toxins and staying hydrated play a major role in health and wellness. We offer fat dissolve injections, lip filler and teeth whitening services also.
What I’m most proud of:
What I’m most proud of is building a brand and a space where women feel celebrated. Haute and Bodied isn’t just about treatments. It’s about confidence, empowerment, and community. Seeing my clients leave feeling like the best version of themselves is the biggest reward.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
When I started Haute and Bodied, I didn’t have a mentor—I learned by doing, researching, and figuring things through trial and error. Now, I share those experiences through panel discussions and consulting, helping others understand the industry, build their brand, and navigate challenges without giving away my personal time as a one-on-one mentor. It’s about lifting the curtain and giving insight, so others can learn from my journey.
