Community Highlights: Meet Baylore Walker of KNETIC Rx

Today we’d like to introduce you to Baylore Walker.

Hi Baylore, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
This actually isn’t my first rodeo.

Before launching KNETIC Rx, DFW’s #1 Private Training Club, I spent five years as a gym owner. About three years into that journey, my business partner and I began experiencing the kind of friction that’s common in many partnerships; misaligned expectations, uneven contribution, and different definitions of accountability. Over time, those issues became impossible to ignore. We were tied together on a lease, and ultimately, that made it difficult for either of us to move forward in a healthy way. When we couldn’t resolve those challenges, we made the difficult decision to close the business.

That period was one of the most defining seasons of my life.

I learned firsthand what it feels like to carry responsibility alone, to fight for something you believe in when the structure around you collapses, and to rebuild when quitting would be easier. It forced me to confront self-doubt, pressure, and the reality that excellence often requires standing firm; even when it’s uncomfortable.

That experience is the foundation of KneticRx.

This brand was built on overcoming barriers; internal and external. It’s rooted in rejecting mediocrity, choosing excellence daily, and understanding that real growth happens when people are held to a higher standard with care, intention, and accountability.

At KneticRx, we believe movement is medicine. We don’t just train bodies; we prescribe movement with purpose. While we work with athletes, 90% of our true focus is the everyday athlete: entrepreneurs, executives, healthcare professionals, and busy high-performing individuals who are navigating demanding careers and full lives.

We serve people who work 9-to-5, 9-to-9, and everything in between; people who want to move better, feel better, and perform better in their everyday lives. These are professionals who value longevity, clarity, and performance; not just in the gym, but at work, at home, and in how they show up for themselves and others.

KneticRx exists because I believe excellence should be accessible, intentional, and sustainable—and because overcoming adversity doesn’t just build stronger businesses, it builds stronger people.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not been a smooth road at all. This past year has been one of the hardest and most defining seasons of my life and the business. I could give a full recap right now, but I am being intentional about saving some of that for later, because when the next chapter shows up it is going to make everything click, and honestly people would not even believe half of what we have had to navigate behind the scenes.

I have dropped little hints through the visuals, the captions, the energy, the small milestones, if you have been paying attention you can kind of connect the dots. I am a storyteller for real, I have found a way to make this whole process feel cinematic because that is exactly what it has felt like. I did tell people I was going to document it all on YouTube and I have not fully held up that end of the bargain yet, that is on me, but the story is not lost, it is just being built the right way, and when it rolls out it will be deep and it will connect.

And on top of the personal pressure, you have the economy, rising costs, uncertainty, all of that, small business owners feel it the most. But when your standard is excellence you cannot cut corners just because things get tight. You have to stay steady, pivot when you need to, keep the mission in front of you, and keep moving even when the path is not fully clear yet. That is the essence of KneticRx, we overcome barriers, we keep showing up, and we keep pushing until we get a clear shot.

As you know, we’re big fans of KNETIC Rx. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
KneticRx Athletic Club is built on five core values, excellence, empowerment, community, trust, perseverance. Excellence is number one, and if you know me or you have been around my staff you already know I am very specific about how things get done. It does not have to be done my way, but it has to be done in a way that upholds excellence. That is the root of what this business sits in, we want to serve at the highest level, and when someone comes to us from anywhere else we want it to feel like night and day.

We are not really focused on competing with one specific place, we are focused on creating the standard, not trying to fit inside one. And I will say this, our next big steps are going to be a complete cringe for doubters. I can tell we are getting closer because things are getting harder, and that is usually how it goes when you are building something real.

What sets us apart is the way we deliver the experience. The attention to detail is unmatched, the coaching is intentional, and the way we support our members and our community is different. We are known for private training and group exercise, but what people really feel is the structure, the accountability, and the level of care. We offer private training, group exercise, personalized nutritional guidance, elite level accountability, a real support system, and recovery modalities that help people stay consistent and pain free.

A big part of what makes us who we are is our team. Tiffany Riley is a strong group exercise instructor and personal trainer, she is versatile, she draws people in, and she has the kind of coaching presence that makes the room better. Keith Day brings real sports performance experience, he is a people person, super personable, and he is an all star trainer and mentor for newer coaches coming into the industry. Dria Jackson is our recovery and mobility specialist, she is organized, detailed, and a major asset when it comes to helping people move better and feel better, she is the kind of person you want in your corner when you are serious about progress.

Then there is me, I have over ten years of experience, I have been nominated twice for Dallas Trainer of the Year, and I have trained the full spectrum, from high level athletes moving at crazy speeds, to people on the other end who are just trying to get out of bed and live with more strength and confidence, I have even worked with clients over one hundred years old. That range matters, because it means we are not guessing, we know how to meet people where they are and still hold the standard.

Brand wise, I am most proud that we keep growing without getting arrogant. We do not act like we know everything, we stay curious, we keep learning, and we keep adding the right pieces. There is a lot more happening behind the scenes that I am keeping quiet for now, but what I want readers to know is simple, KneticRx is a place where excellence is real, the coaching is intentional, the environment is supportive, and the goal is to help people elevate their everyday life through movement, recovery, and accountability.

What does success mean to you?
Success to me is excellence you can repeat. It is keeping your word, serving people at a high level, and building something so intentional that it changes how they move, how they think, and how they show up in life. It is doing it with trust, empowering others, staying connected to community, and having the perseverance to keep pushing when it gets hard, because that is usually when you are closest.
