Community Highlights: Meet Brittany Michelle of Noire Beauty Esthetics & Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Michelle.

Hi Brittany, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My journey in the beauty industry started back in 2019 when I became a nail tech. That quickly evolved into selling hair extensions, and then I launched my first business—Sacred Moon—a candle and crystal shop rooted in healing and spiritual wellness. But I’ve always had an eye for beauty and a deep passion for self-care, so it didn’t stop there.

In 2021, I got into body contouring and absolutely loved helping women feel snatched and confident. But deep down, I knew I wanted more—more knowledge, more connection, and more purpose in how I helped people care for themselves.

Skincare has always been my thing. I grew up watching YouTube OGs like Aaliyah Jay and Jackie Aina, and I became obsessed with all things glow and glam. At the time, I had already been making body butters, oils, and soaps, but my knowledge was basic—it was more of a hobby than a craft.

In February 2023, I made the decision to go to esthetics school and fully dive into skincare from a professional, holistic lens. I graduated in August, got licensed, and immediately started working in my own suite. I didn’t waste a second—this was my calling.

Since then, I’ve become a corrective skincare specialist focused on acne, hyperpigmentation, and real results. I’m also a wax specialist known for quick, clean Brazilians with a comfortable vibe.

Alongside my hands-on work, I’m still a product formulator and certified herbalist. I’ve revamped my bodycare line with targeted, skin-type-focused ingredients that nourish both the skin and spirit.

Everything I do—from facials to waxing to my handcrafted products—is about helping women feel good in their skin, their bodies, and their energy. Noire Beauty Esthetics is where luxury meets real results, and I’m just getting started

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. The journey has been filled with obstacles—from struggling to find the right resources and vendors, to spending months testing scents and perfecting my candles, to losing money and receiving little to no support in the beginning. I’ve had people try to discourage me, make slick comments, and even try to make me doubt myself.

I’m the first entrepreneur in my family and the only one walking this path, so you can imagine the backlash and lack of understanding I faced. But despite all that, I held the vision. I knew what I was called to do, and I refused to let anything stop me. I may not have had a blueprint or a support system, but I had a purpose—and that was enough.

I understand my assignment, and I’m committed to walking in it boldly. I will be the first millionaire in my family, and I say that with confidence because I’ve already overcome so much to get here. The road wasn’t smooth—but it was necessary for who I’m becoming.

As you know, we’re big fans of Noire Beauty Esthetics & Wellness. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Noire Beauty Esthetics & Wellness is more than just a beauty brand—it’s an experience, a safe space, and a movement rooted in helping women feel confident, seen, and cared for. I specialize in fast, professional Brazilian waxing, corrective skincare, and self-care through intentional, handmade products. My goal is to make self-care feel luxurious but still personal and down-to-earth.

I’m best known for quick yet comfortable Brazilian waxes, real skincare results (especially with acne and hyperpigmentation), and my growing product line that includes handmade body oils, bath teas, yoni oils, and luxury coconut apricot wax candles.

What sets me apart is that everything I do comes from a place of purpose and knowledge. I’m not just offering services—I’m creating solutions. I’ve taken the time to study ingredients, skin types, and holistic wellness so that my clients don’t just look good, they feel good too. Every product is formulated with intention, and every service is delivered with care and education.

I’m most proud of how far the Noire Beauty brand has come. What started as a dream and a few handmade products has grown into a full wellness and beauty brand with a loyal client base, a luxurious product line, and a vision that’s bigger than me. I want readers to know that Noire Beauty is for the women who want results and a vibe—the girls who want to glow from the inside out.

Whether you’re booking a wax, grabbing a candle, or just following the journey—I’m building a space that celebrates beauty, healing, and being the best version of yourself.

What are your plans for the future?
I have big plans for the future of Noire Beauty Esthetics & Wellness. Right now, I’m focused on scaling my business by growing my client base, expanding my product line, and eventually opening a full wellness studio where beauty and healing meet.

In the near future, I plan to launch my men’s collection, offer more advanced skincare treatments, and introduce memberships for loyal clients. I’m also looking forward to taking my brand on the road—doing pop-ups, vending at events, and hosting beauty + wellness workshops to educate and empower more people.

Long term, I want to hire and train a small team, teach other estheticians how to build a brand from the ground up, and grow Noire Beauty into a household name.

Every move I make is with purpose. I’m looking forward to serving more people, launching new products, and creating spaces where beauty, confidence, and self-care are a lifestyle—not just a luxury.
