Community Highlights: Meet Brittni Armstrong of Bee Free Financial Services

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittni Armstrong

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After moving to Texas in 2016 to start a new life following my marriage, I faced a lot of new responsibilities and challenges. Coming from Nashville, TN, I had fair credit but knew that improving it was crucial to building the future I envisioned. In 2019, I found Nicole Washington, the CEO of Revised Credit Repair, and invested in repairing my credit. However, in 2020, life took a turn, and I signed up with a large, commercialized credit repair company. Unfortunately, I was frustrated by the lack of communication and results.

In 2021, Nicole offered a credit repair training course, and I took a leap by joining it. I immersed myself in learning about credit, consumer laws, and money management. As I started seeing my own credit improve, I took on “test” clients who also experienced success. Navigating these challenges, while adjusting to married life in a new state, wasn’t easy, but the experience helped shape my financial literacy and brought me to where I am today.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like many journeys of growth, there were plenty of challenges along the way. One of the biggest struggles was navigating the process of credit repair. Initially, my major challenge was balancing the demands of the tedious process. It was overwhelming at times trying to juggle learning about credit, managing finances, and handling day-to-day responsibilities such as: manually creating letters, post office runs, filing complaints etc… all while working a 9-5 in the day. However, these struggles ultimately led me to where I am today, helping others and gaining the financial stability I had long sought.

As you know, we’re big fans of Bee Free Financial Services. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
At Bee Free Financial Services, we specialize in credit repair and financial empowerment. Our mission is to help individuals break free from the burden of poor credit and regain control of their financial future. What sets us apart from other services is the personalized attention and care we provide to each client. Unlike larger, commercialized credit repair companies, we believe in strong communication and transparency. We guide clients step-by-step through the credit repair process, ensuring they understand every action taken on their behalf.

We’re known for being thorough and proactive, handling everything from dispute letters to filing complaints, making sure our clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. I’m especially proud of the success stories from clients who trusted us and saw life-changing results in their credit scores.

What I want readers to know about Bee Free Financial Services is that we’re not just about improving credit scores—we’re about educating and empowering our clients to maintain long-term financial health. We offer more than just a service; we provide the tools and knowledge people need to take charge of their financial well-being.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
If I could give advice to those just starting out, it would be to stay patient and persistent. Credit repair is not an overnight process, and it requires consistency and dedication. Educate yourself as much as possible about credit, consumer laws, and financial management. The more you know, the more confident you’ll feel along the way.

One thing I wish I knew when I started is how important it is to have a system in place. When I was beginning, I found myself overwhelmed with the manual tasks—creating letters, making post office runs, and filing complaints. If I had understood how crucial organization and time management were from the start, it would have made the process smoother.

Also, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Whether it’s seeking advice from experts or investing in a good training course, learning from others can save you a lot of time and frustration. Most importantly, don’t get discouraged by setbacks—every challenge is a learning opportunity. Keep going!
