Today we’d like to introduce you to Diana Lozada
Hi Diana , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Diana Lozada was suffering from the chronic pain of Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), an autoimmune disease that is a type of arthritis of the spine. She learned to manage it through nutrition and movement and made her life purpose to help others use these habits as medicine. Her coaching style focuses on building habits by giving her clients the tools and resources to feel vibrant, prepared, and empowered to integrate new skills into their existing busy lifestyles.
Diana is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Movement Coach (IIN, Personal Trainer, CanFitPro, Pilates Teacher, RPTT, IHP) with over 12 years of experience in leading and coaching.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Many, I relocated and I faced the challenge of building new clients. It was also an opportunity to do more remote work coaching and pilates.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I coach busy women through a holistic approach: Movement ( Classical Pilates and Fitness), Nutrition, Hormones, Sleep, and other factors to achieve optimal health and happiness.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
It was very easy for me to find a mentor while I was working in a corporate job. But as an entrepreneur, any mentorship has a cost and a cookie-cutter approach. However, networking is natural for me. I like to join organizations that I believe have the same values and I am open to meeting people.
