Eric Crutchfield’s journey is a testament to the power of transformation. Lost in his teens and twenties, Eric pursued personal training and, at times, turned to illegal means to make ends meet. This path led to a ten-year prison sentence, of which he served over seven years.
While incarcerated, Eric made a conscious decision to change his life. Immersing himself in personal development and real estate books, he began envisioning a better future. Upon his release on probation, he committed to putting his newfound knowledge into action.
Eric’s determination paid off as he became a prominent developer, creating stunning multi-million-dollar homes and shaping entire communities. Today, he shares his story and expertise as a teacher, coach, and mentor, inspiring others to overcome their challenges and achieve success in real estate and personal growth.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, try building a company with zero credit, zero money, no skills, no knowledge, no proof of concept , and two felonies just getting release from prison.
Lending was a huge hurdle and gaining all the knowledge you n order to become a developer was hard bc I didn’t have construction experience

I was a jock playing all sports and wrestling in high school. Very social and many friends
