Hi Frida, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started doing flowers back in 2024 but only my close friends and family knew I never thought about starting my own public account about flowers until July 2025 when one of my friends convinced me! At first I wasn’t planning on taking it seriously it was just something to do during the summer and if I got orders that’s great if not I didn’t mind. I ended up getting a few orders and more people started to know me for what I do I continued to grow and research more about flowers to improve my skill and my business now I’ve been a public florist for about 6 months and I continue to grow even more! Balancing school and a part time job sometimes it does get stressful but im surrounded by family and friends who support me and want to see me continue to grow!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely has not been a very smooth road one of my biggest challenges getting to where I am today was definitely managing my time and staying organized I found myself doing a lot of orders or getting supplies very last minute which caused my work to not be at its full potential. As well as balancing school and work once I started getting many orders for the same time it got hard for me to have time to do these orders but this is my passion so I always got it done especially by the help of my mom and dad and my amazing boyfriend that have been nothing but the best support to me and my business as well as my friends who have supported me by recommending me and simply just liking and reposting my work and my amazing wholesalers who help me create this amazing work with their fabulous product every challenge has definitely not been easy but it’s helped me learn along the way and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my business

My business Fridas.Florals is about being able to create people’s dream flowers I specialize in flower bouquets like ramo buchones, mixed flowers, eternal flowers. As well as im trying to get more into custom flower arrangements like flower baskets, flower boxes, and even just a present arrangement my goal is to make people happy with my work I love seeing peoples reactions to something im so passionate about I love the feeling of people choosing me to make something for a person they love I hope my work can continue to make people happy. I’m located in Dallas Tx 75248 I offer pick ups and delivery! All over DFW to ensure my customers get the freshness they deserve. I’m open to any service for service deals with more small businesses in my area which I’ve done with my amazing lash tech! (lashedby_b3yanxe) and im working on giveaways and more amazing projects in the future. I’m also a very understanding person outside and inside my business I understand sometimes money can be tight but that should not stop you from getting something for someone you love in always open to negotiate something with you all you have to do is ask! No judgment at all from me. What sets Fridas.Florals apart from other florist businesses is im very flexible and considerate with you and my work I like to make people feel comfortable with talking to me because confidence is key when it comes to my customers I never want to make them feel nervous to contact me thinking I would say no! Flexibility is also key and we will always be able to work something out. What im most proud of is the community I’ve built around my brand all the new people I’ve met and been able to talk to since talking to new people has sometimes been a struggle for me growing up seeing people choose ME makes me feel so comfortable and confident with myself and my work I love my family and friends that have given me both good feedback and things I have to work on as well as to all my clients I cannot express how grateful I am for you all I hope we can all continue to grow together and thank you all for choosing me as your florist!
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Credit goes to all my family and friends who have helped me along the way and especially my Best-friend Kimberly who was the one that convinced me to even start my account I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for her convincing me and helping me she’s been one of my biggest supporters I am so grateful for her as well as my boyfriend Eduardo He’s been the greatest support if it’s taking me to wholesalers taking me to deliver flowers or even delivering some flowers on his own for me he’s such a big help and he’s never once doubted me since the beginning. Also the best teacher and florist Vanessa (pahuaxbouquets) who’s in person class I attended and roses by abril who’s floral shop the class was hosted at! I was so honored to be apart of that class it truly was an amazing experience and showed me tips to be able to give my clients the best work and best quality
