Isaac, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my car detailing business two years ago during my senior year of high school, at a point in my life when most people were focused on graduation parties and college decisions. I didn’t have a long-term business plan or investors backing me—I just knew I wanted to build something of my own and take control of my future.

What pushed me toward detailing was simple: I enjoyed working with my hands, I cared about quality, and I saw an opportunity. I made the decision to go all in on detailing instead of following the traditional college route, committing fully to learning the craft and turning it into a legitimate business. My first setup was as basic as it gets—a pressure washer I found in my garage, a few cleaning supplies, and the willingness to figure things out as I went.

In the early days, every job was a learning experience. I spent hours researching techniques, testing products, and refining my process. I reinvested every dollar I earned back into better equipment and higher-quality products, slowly upgrading from a bare-bones setup into something more professional. There were long days, mistakes, and moments of doubt, but I stayed consistent and focused on improving with every single vehicle.

As word spread and the client base grew, the business began to evolve. What started as a one-person operation became a structured, service-driven company built around attention to detail and customer experience. I learned that detailing isn’t just about cleaning cars—it’s about trust, professionalism, and delivering a result that exceeds expectations every time.

Today, the business continues to grow, serving repeat customers and expanding services while maintaining the same standards I had from day one. Looking back, the journey has been defined by discipline, patience, and the willingness to bet on myself. Starting with nothing but a pressure washer and an idea taught me that success doesn’t come from having the perfect setup—it comes from showing up consistently, learning relentlessly, and taking pride in your work.

This business is more than a job to me; it’s proof that you can build something meaningful from the ground up if you’re willing to work for it.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest struggles along the way has been dealing with doubt and fear—especially in the early stages. Doubt in whether I was making the right decision by choosing an unconventional path, and fear of failing when there was no backup plan to fall back on.

Starting a business at a young age comes with constant pressure. There were moments where work was slow, money was tight, and I questioned whether I could truly turn this into something sustainable. Seeing peers move on to college or more “secure” paths sometimes made those doubts even louder. Every mistake felt personal, and every slow week felt like a setback.

Fear also showed up in the form of responsibility. Once customers began trusting me with their vehicles, there was pressure to deliver at a high level every single time. I had to learn how to push past hesitation, make decisions confidently, and accept that mistakes were part of the learning process—not a reason to quit.

Over time, those struggles became fuel. Each moment of doubt forced me to improve, and every fear pushed me to become more disciplined and prepared. Learning to move forward despite uncertainty has been one of the most valuable lessons of the journey, and it’s shaped not only how I run my business, but how I approach challenges in life overall.

What we do is more than a basic wash and vacuum. We specialize in high-quality interior deep cleaning and exterior restoration, with a strong emphasis on the details most people overlook: tight cracks and crevices, high-touch surfaces, odor control, stain removal, and the small finishing touches that make a vehicle feel genuinely refreshed. On the exterior side, we focus on proper washing techniques, decontamination when needed, and durable protection so the finish stays cleaner for longer not just a quick shine that fades in a day or two.

What we’re known for is consistency. Customers book with us because they know they’re getting a thorough, careful service every time no rushed work, no shortcuts, and no “good enough.” We treat every vehicle like it matters, whether it’s a daily driver or a luxury car. That mindset has become our reputation.

The name “Premium” isn’t a marketing word to us; it’s the promise we hold ourselves to. It represents discipline, pride in craft, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

What I want readers to know is that we’re not trying to be the cheapest option, we’re trying to be the most trusted. If someone wants their vehicle cared for properly, restored thoughtfully, and treated with real attention to detail, that’s what we deliver. Excellence in every detail isn’t just our slogan, it’s how we’ve grown, and it’s what we’ll always be known for.

Any big plans?
Looking ahead, my focus is on continued growth and long-term expansion. What started as a one-person operation is being built into a scalable, professional brand, and the next phase is about leveling up the infrastructure to support that vision.

One of the biggest goals is acquiring a dedicated detailing van, which will allow for a more efficient, fully equipped mobile setup and an even higher level of consistency on every job. Beyond that, I’m planning to open a physical shop location, creating a home base for higher-end services, improved workflow, and the ability to take on more complex projects that require a controlled environment.

Expansion also means growing the brand beyond just myself—adding systems, refining processes, and eventually building a team that shares the same standards and attention to detail the business was founded on. I want to continue expanding services while maintaining quality, not sacrificing it for speed or volume.

What I’m most looking forward to is proving that a business built on discipline, craftsmanship, and customer trust can continue to scale without losing its identity. The goal isn’t just to get bigger it’s to get better, more efficient, and more respected as the brand grows.
