My journey to becoming a tax strategist and moving beyond the role of a traditional tax preparer was shaped by being surrounded by brilliant business leaders. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Looking back on the road that brought me here, I can honestly say it has not been smooth. One of my greatest struggles was learning how to manage where and with whom I invested my energy. When you are focused on the prize, it can be difficult to recognize what is not contributing to your growth. Unfertile ground can truly wear you down.
