Community Highlights: Meet Jai Lilly of Jai Lilly Virtual Assistant Services

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jai Lilly.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After the peak of COVID, I began to think of ways I could become independently employed. I really assessed what it was that I was good at and what I professionally enjoyed doing. I have always worked in some capacity of an administrative supportive role throughout my career and I acknowledged that I the skills I possessed were unique–which made me easily marketable. I had this idea to contract myself as an administrative professional, but I was unsure of how to do this exactly. With some research and divine timing, I launched my business as a Virtual Assistant.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Smooth? Not so much. It has been more so a road of faith and strategy. With any entrepreneurial journey, you have to trust the process. You have to know you will get out what you put in it. And there will be times when you do not feel like you are progressing at all, but you must keep going as if you are winning like Drake in his prime. As a virtual assistant, your time is literally your money and I have felt as if my time has been wasted by others, but every experience and interaction just better prepared me for the next. You have to extend yourself grace for your mistakes and keep your support tribe close. My main goal was always, “at least get a return in your investment sis.”

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Jai Lilly, LLC Virtual Assistant Services is virtually committed to helping business owners find balance in their entrepreneurial lifestyle by providing administrative services that promote the increase of efficiency, and the decrease of stress, from a remote location. I specialize in developing administrative processes and procedures, creating a database for client information, automation, and edit/design of business-related documents.

I am most proud of my diverse client portfolio–it accurately represents just how expansive my skillsets are. I think what sets me apart from others is my ability to learn anything quickly. I am a very self-directed so any challenge I face, I simply overcome through self-guided research. In addition, my professional presence just seals the deal for clients.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I would like to help others, especially parents, initiate their Virtual Assistant business journey and/or serve as a member of other’s support tribe.
