Community Highlights: Meet Jaiden Deshuan of TFWW Creative

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaiden Deshuan.

Hi Jaiden, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’m Jaiden Deshuan, a creative entrepreneur, artist, and founder of TFWW Creative and TFWW Records. I started out like a lot of people just being hands-on with music, content, and ideas, figuring things out while learning how the industry really works behind the scenes.

Over time, I stopped looking at myself only as an artist and started building something bigger. I began developing my own creative direction, learning branding, marketing, and how to actually structure rollouts and visuals the same way agencies and labels do. That eventually turned into TFWW Creative, a platform I built to help artists and creatives bring their ideas to life through strategy, content, and execution.

Now I work not just on my own music, but also on building other creatives. I offer services like branding direction, content strategy, rollout planning, visual concepts, and artist development. I’m very hands-on in the process, whether it’s in person collaboration or behind the scenes execution.

Even though I’m based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I’ve been expanding my work into Dallas through creative collaborations, networking, and offering services to artists and entrepreneurs in the area. Dallas is a major hub for music, media, and independent creatives, and I’ve connected with the culture there by helping build visuals, rollout ideas, and creative direction for upcoming talent and projects.

Right now, I’m focused on growing TFWW Creative into a full service creative agency while continuing to release music and develop artists under TFWW Records. My latest release, “Fine Shit,” is actually part of the rollout leading into my upcoming EP “First Born,” and it represents where I’m headed creatively and professionally.

My goal is simple. Build a real creative ecosystem where artists don’t just drop music, but build brands, stories, and long term careers.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Yes, it definitely has not been a smooth road. For a long time, I was moving from relationship to relationship and not fully locked in on my work ethic or long term goals. I was distracted and not as focused as I needed to be on building my career and my vision.

On top of that, I went through some major personal losses, including losing my mother and also my brother for a short period of time, which really affected me mentally and emotionally. During that time, my mindset was all over the place and I was trying to process everything while still figuring out who I was and what I wanted to build.

Eventually, I had to take a step back and start rebuilding myself mentally and professionally. Those experiences forced me to grow up, refocus, and start taking my work, my creativity, and my future more seriously. That shift is really what led me into building TFWW Creative and committing to my vision fully.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about TFWW Creative?
TFWW Creative is a creative agency and record label built to support artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives with everything they need to develop their brand and bring their ideas to life. The focus is on turning raw talent and vision into structured, marketable, and impactful creative direction.

What I do through TFWW Creative includes branding direction, content strategy, rollout planning, visual concepts, and artist development. I work closely with artists not just on the music or content itself, but on the overall identity and how they present themselves to the world. That includes helping shape their image, their storytelling, and how their projects are introduced to audiences.

What sets TFWW Creative apart is that it is very hands on and personal. I’m not just giving advice from a distance. I’m actively involved in the creative process, whether that’s behind the scenes planning, in person collaboration, or helping execute ideas from start to finish. It is built around real execution rather than just theory.

I am most proud of the fact that I built this platform from the ground up while still developing myself as an artist. TFWW is not just a brand name, it is something that represents growth, consistency, and rebuilding from the ground up. Every project, including my own music, is tied into a larger creative vision.

Right now, TFWW Creative is expanding beyond just music into a full creative ecosystem that includes podcasting, media, and artist development. My goal is to give independent creatives access to the same level of structure and strategy that major labels and agencies provide, but in a more personal and direct way.

As I continue to grow the brand, I want people to understand that TFWW Creative is about building careers, not just content. It is about helping creatives take their ideas seriously and turning them into something long term, impactful, and sustainable.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
My view on risk taking has evolved over time. I used to think of risk as something mainly financial or business related, but I’ve learned that some of the biggest risks in life are personal and internal.

One of the biggest risks I’ve had to take is learning to let certain people go for the greater good of my future and my growth. That was not always easy, especially when emotions and history are involved, but I’ve learned that not everyone is meant to grow with you. Sometimes you have to make decisions that protect your focus, your peace, and your long term vision, even if it is uncomfortable in the moment.

I’ve also taken the risk of fully betting on myself creatively and professionally by building TFWW Creative from the ground up. Instead of waiting for opportunities or validation, I started creating my own lane as a creative entrepreneur, artist, and founder. That meant stepping into uncertainty and learning as I go, but it also gave me full control over my direction.

To me, risk is necessary for growth. Whether it is in relationships, business, or creativity, I believe you have to be willing to step into discomfort in order to reach the next level of your life and career. Everything I am building right now is a result of that mindset shift.
