Community Highlights: Meet Jamie Han Djamegari of Just Jamie -KOLLEKT Frankfurt

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jamie Han Djamegari.

Hi Jamie, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Jamie Han Djamegari. I am a first generation Korean American that was born in Chicago, Illinois. Raised in NYC.

My experience starts with history. Growing up in the business, I have my family to thank. With decades of experience, I have collected some pivotal information as well as memories. I learned and ascertained at quite a young age sourcing talent and the importance of team, mentors, and mentorship.
I wouldn’t be here today on such a platform without them, the power of WE and community.

Today, I am a mother and a lady. Known formerly as Han now a Djamegari included. I can be referenced by KOLLEKT Frankfurt. My team and I are looking forward to 2023 as it holding is called Just Jamie Inc. and we are in multiple markets.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing in life is easy. The road was difficult one, however like any city when there is a grid that leads to roads and friendships that sure helps. I do suffer from anxiety, I was present when the towers went down so as a former New Yorker I still always look up and down.
Upon my relocation to Frankfurt, Germany in 2014, I certainly checked all boxes and lead my team as Director to the Fifth Avenue Club as well as Studio Services. I would like to make a special mention to Mr. Jay Rutzler a fellow Texan that had Han at “hello”. May he rest in peace.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a global citizen that is known to have linguistic expertise and the left brain , right brain methodology is HAN. I had the honor of learning from the best, meeting a lot of famous people, learning that discretion and anticipating one’s needs is an invaluable commodity. What sets me apart is the ability to listen, observe and strategize. Build leaders for the future and have a finite understanding that time is everything.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I am still growing up. I am 43 and still learning quite a bit about myself. I am known to have quite the temper; however, learning to manage that.

I love to cook. It is my belief that there is nothing quite as personal then to make something from nothing and share that with those you love. Particularly with your own two hands.

I love to read and always go back to my favourites, as with growth each time you read it again you understand a lot more, laterally.

In my youth, I was an absolute terror. Still trying to mediate all that and boy did I give my mom and little brother trouble. Sorry- but no regrets and only love.
