Hi Jasmine, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Love City Baked originated from my love of desserts and being able to curate an enjoyable experience. I appreciate the love and patience it takes to bake a delicious cake, make a perfectly ratiod matcha and develop recipes that stick.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has been challenging being able to get my business know in a seemingly saturated market. The biggest hurdle I find is establishing access to my products to the general public.
We’ve been impressed with Love City Baked, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Love City Baked is a microbakery specializing in from scratch cookies, cakes and other pastries. We have recently branched out and added canned matcha to our menu as well. We pride ourselves in using quality ingredients in our desserts and drinks. We take pride in our recipes that have been tested time and time again. Everyone should know that we are an upcoming bakery that plans to take the metroplex by storm with our undeniable menu offerings.
What are your plans for the future?
We are planning expansion in our future! Whether that’s a brick and mortar or a mobile unit, we want to be able to be as accessible as possible to our customers.
