Community Highlights: Meet Jessica Bennett of Pink Print Strategy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Bennett.

Hi Jessica, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Honestly, my journey has had a few different chapters, and each one kind of built on the next, even when I didn’t realize it at the time.

A lot of people actually know me from when I first started out as a licensed massage therapist. I graduated from Parker University, and I had my own practice. My focus wasn’t just relaxation, I worked closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, and chiropractors, so a lot of my clients were referrals tied to mental health and physical recovery. That was really my first experience seeing how deeply the body and mind are connected.

Then COVID happened, and like a lot of people, I had to pivot.

That’s when I stepped into tech. I taught myself how to work in IT, got into help desk support, and trained in Scrum and operations. That experience opened me up to a completely different way of thinking, systems, workflows, problem-solving at a higher level.

From there, I transitioned into the mortgage and finance space, and that’s where things really sharpened for me. I learned how to navigate multiple parts of the industry, processing, closing, compliance, and really understood how structure and systems drive everything behind the scenes.

At some point, I realized something though, I had been doing a version of coaching and strategy for years without calling it that. Whether it was through my massage clients, life conversations, or helping people with their businesses, I’ve always naturally been the person who helps others figure things out and put the pieces together.

That’s really how Pink Print Strategy came about. It wasn’t something random, it was me finally putting a name and structure to something I’d already been doing. I saw so many business owners struggling, not because they weren’t capable, but because they didn’t have clarity or systems. Pink Print Strategy is about fixing that………helping people move with intention instead of guessing.

At the same time, my work started expanding into community and nonprofit spaces.

I serve as a board member for Free to Live, A 501(c)3 Non Profit that provides access to resources for Domestic Violence Survivors. I’m involved in operations, marketing, and youth programming focused on mental health, fitness, and development. I’m also the Director of Operations for Simply Grace Gardens Foundation, where we’re focused on agricultural education, nutrition, and helping communities reconnect with self-sufficiency in a real, practical way.

When I look back, none of it feels random anymore. Every phase, massage therapy, tech, finance, and now business strategy and nonprofit work, it all built on each other.

I’m still growing and evolving, but now everything I do is aligned. It’s really about helping people and organizations build something that actually works, and something that lasts.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’ve had to pivot multiple times, sometimes by choice and sometimes because life forced me to. Transitioning out of massage therapy during COVID was a big one, because that was something I had built for myself. Starting over in a completely different industry, teaching myself new skills in tech, and then moving into finance, it required a lot of discipline and a lot of confidence in myself, even when things felt uncertain.

I think one of the biggest challenges has been constantly rebuilding. Not just professionally, but personally too. There were seasons where I had to figure things out while still showing up for my kids, still trying to stay grounded, and still pushing forward even when I didn’t have everything mapped out.

Another challenge has been stepping into leadership roles and trusting my voice. I’ve always been someone who can see what needs to be done, but learning how to own that, speak on it, and stand in it, especially in spaces where you have to make decisions or guide others, that took growth.

And then there’s the challenge that a lot of people don’t talk about, figuring out how to bring all of your experiences together without feeling like you’re all over the place. For a long time, it looked like I was moving in different directions, but really I was building layers.

Now, I see those challenges differently. They didn’t slow me down, they shaped how I think, how I build, and how I lead. They taught me how to adapt, how to create structure in the middle of uncertainty, and how to keep moving even when things don’t go as planned.

We’ve been impressed with Pink Print Strategy, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Pink Print Strategy is a structured visibility and execution system designed to help businesses and brands move beyond inconsistent content and build something that actually works.

What we do is go deeper than surface-level marketing. We identify gaps in a brand’s messaging, positioning, and overall structure through our brand audits, and then we guide clients through 30, 60, and 90-day execution plans that bring clarity, consistency, and real results.

A lot of businesses are active online, but they’re not strategic, they’re posting without direction, and that’s why they’re not seeing growth. That’s where we come in.

What sets Pink Print Strategy apart is that we’re not a marketing agency and we’re not just creating content. We focus on building systems. We teach our clients what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and how it connects to visibility, engagement, and conversion. It’s about sustainability, not dependency.

What I’m most proud of is the shift our clients experience. They go from confusion and inconsistency to clarity and confidence. They’re no longer guessing, they’re operating with intention.

What I want people to know is this: if your content isn’t working, it’s not because you’re not trying hard enough, it’s because you don’t have a system behind it. And once you build that system, everything starts to align.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
There are a few ways people can work with, collaborate with, or support Pink Print Strategy.

For businesses and brands, the best place to start is with a brand audit. That gives you clarity on what’s not working and what needs to be fixed. From there, we move into our 30, 60, and 90-day execution plans where we build the structure, visibility, and systems needed for growth.

In terms of collaboration, I’m actively building an extended network of trusted professionals and service providers that my clients may need as they grow. This includes areas like accounting, tax services, legal support, branding, content creation, and other operational or creative services. The goal is to not just provide strategy, but also connect clients with the right resources to support their business long-term.

If you’re interested in collaborating, you can go to the Contact section on my website, submit your information, and include your reason for reaching out. That allows me to review and see how we can align.

As far as support, one of the biggest ways people can support is by simply staying connected and sharing the message. You can follow me on Instagram at @ThePinkPrintStrategy, connect with me on Facebook under Pink Print Strategy, and visit the website at www.pinkprintstrategy.com.

Sharing the brand, referring others, and engaging with the content goes a long way.

I’m also big on community, so if you have events, initiatives, or programs going on, feel free to submit those through the contact form as well. I’m always open to showing up, supporting, and being a part of what others are building.
