As the daughter of first-generation immigrants, I was raised between two cultures. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what so many South Asian couples face when planning their wedding—balancing family traditions with a celebration that reflects their own love story.

I have had the privilege of educating some of the industry’s most respected hospitality brands, including the Four Seasons and Hard Rock, on the traditions, logistics, and cultural nuances that make South Asian celebrations so extraordinary.

One of the greatest challenges throughout my career has been changing the way the luxury hospitality industry understands and supports South Asian and fusion weddings. For years, these celebrations were often viewed as overly complex rather than recognized for what they truly are—rich, intentional, multi-day experiences that deserve the same level of expertise, preparation, and elevated service as any luxury event. Cultural traditions were frequently misunderstood, timelines underestimated, and opportunities to create meaningful guest experiences were often missed.
Rather than accepting those limitations, I made it my mission to become an advocate, educator, and trusted industry resource. Over the years, I have had the privilege of educating some of the hospitality industry’s most respected brands, including the Four Seasons and Hard Rock, as well as countless venues, hotel teams, and event professionals on the traditions, logistics, etiquette, and cultural nuances that make South Asian and fusion weddings so extraordinary. By fostering collaboration and sharing knowledge, I have helped bridge the gap between cultural authenticity and luxury hospitality, creating stronger partnerships that ultimately benefit the couples and families we serve.
