His natural aptitude for leadership and problem-solving saw him rise quickly through the roles of Field Supervisor, Superintendent, and Project Manager. Eventually, he transitioned into Owner Project Management, giving him a unique 360-degree view of the construction process—from the initial shovel in the ground to the final high-level strategic decisions.

Nothing is ever Smooth in Construction. Everyday bring new challenges. I worked for a healthcare group that moved me to Dallas from Cape Cod. I loved Texas from the moment I got here. I developed friends that I consider my family. My clients and customers are the same way. I don’t do business with them once, but hope I’m their first call for anything construction-wise. Thats where my Property Management side comes in because I saw that my customers needed consistent help with their large-scale homes.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Just opening a business on my own was a huge risk. I could of went to work for any other big firm and continued in healthcare construction or any other construction. Healthcare construction is one of the most regulated spaces which I had the opportunity to learn in.
