Community Highlights: Meet Kevin Nolan and Aaron Roberson of All Integrity Remodeling

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Nolan and Aaron Roberson. 

Hi Kevin and Aaron, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My business partner, Aaron Roberson, and I went to a Bible college together where we worked for the same construction company in order to pay for our tuition. In that, we grew a strong friendship. Once we graduated, I moved back home to Massachusetts where I started a small construction business and Aaron continued to work in remodeling in Dallas. After a couple of years, we both got married during COVID, and my wife and I decided we wanted to move back to Dallas. Aaron was also wanting to branch out, so we decided to start a company together here in Dallas. As we were both in agreement about starting the company, we thought about what was of value to us when it came to naming the company, and Integrity both came to our minds. We know that our integrity in our personal lives is what carries over into our business and that is what makes All Integrity stand apart; because we treat homes we are working in as if it were our own homes. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Thankfully it has been a fairly smooth road for the start of our business, but it of course does not come without a large leap of faith. We were initially worried about establishing our name and getting jobs when we first began because we were starting fresh. The fact that I was in Massachusetts and Aaron was in Dallas during the beginning stages of our business development, added a unique challenge. With that being said, Aaron had a lot of connections, since living in Dallas, that benefitted us as we first started out. From there, word-of-mouth advertisement, our Facebook page, and our company’s Google page have all been  huge assets to us. 

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We specialize in all remodeling needs from exterior and interior paint jobs, bathroom/kitchen remodels, fences, flooring, and more. The heart of our company is to make the vision that you have of your home come to life. Whether it’s as small as brightening up a room with a new paint color or renovating your entire home, we look forward to working alongside our customers throughout the entire process. Something we strongly value as a business is our communication with our customers. We know that projects in a home can be stressful at times and we are intentional about making it as easy of a process as possible. Integrity, communication, and professional workmanship are what we believe every homeowner deserves. 

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Starting a business is always going to be a leap of faith. You may have worries about where your next job will come from, but our advice would be to continue to believe in what you started because you started it for a reason. As a business owner, and something I would tell someone as they are first starting out is that you hold a lot more responsibilities than being an employee of a company. You are now the boss, so you are in charge of holding your business to a standard and keeping your name unblemished to the best of your ability. Your business isn’t just for a paycheck, but to better serve the world around you.
