Today we’d like to introduce you to Kimberly Vo.
Hi Kimberly, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am an immigrant who came to the United States from Vietnam at just two months old. My family arrived with nothing and was sponsored by a local church in Richmond, Virginia, an early lesson in the power of community and generosity. Wanting to make my parents proud, I became the first in my family to earn a bachelor’s degree, graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Marketing.
At 24, I began my career in real estate and later became the first in my family to open a small real estate firm. Through perseverance and integrity, that firm has grown to over 40 agents today. Giving back is at the heart of our work, and community service remains a core part of who we are. I now live in the DFW area with my husband and our three young boys, continuing to build a life rooted in purpose, gratitude, and service.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road to my success was not easy. At just 24 years old, earning the confidence of real estate clients was a challenge. I had to work twice as hard and investing heavily in marketing, educating myself, and mastering every aspect of the business to prove my value. I set myself apart by delivering exceptional, around-the-clock customer service, competing with and standing out among far more seasoned Realtors in the area.

I like to take risks, but only when they make sense and align with a clear strategy. I would carefully analyze each opportunity and market trend, using experience to make informed, strategic decisions. If it does not make sense then I would not take that project on.
