Community Highlights: Meet Lexia Crawford of LC REAL ESTATE GROUP

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lexia Crawford.

Hi Lexia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I began my real estate career in 2006, and by 2008, I had expanded my path into entrepreneurship and business consulting. Over the years, I have worn many hats: business analyst, project manager, entrepreneur, consultant, and real estate professional. Each role brought its own challenges, opportunities, successes, and lessons.

And through it all, my family has been on this journey with me. They have witnessed the long days, the sacrifices, the victories, the disappointments, and the many times I had to simply believe that the next chapter would be better than the last.

It has been a long road, but it has been worth every second.

My goal now is bigger than simply building my own success. I want to help others build theirs.

I want to use the knowledge I have gained as a business analyst, project manager, entrepreneur, consultant, and real estate professional to help business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals make better decisions, recognize opportunities, and avoid some of the pitfalls I encountered along the way.

I believe that sometimes your greatest purpose is found in the lessons you had to learn the hard way.

My journey has shaped me, strengthened me, and given me a story worth sharing. And after nearly two decades in real estate and years of entrepreneurship and consulting, I believe I am entering one of the most meaningful chapters yet—not just building businesses, but helping others build, grow, and believe in what is possible for themselves.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey has not been a straight line, but I wouldn’t change that.

There have been incredible highs, but there have also been seasons that tested me in ways I never expected. Building businesses, navigating real estate, taking risks, starting over, and learning from difficult decisions has taught me that success is rarely about avoiding failure. It is about having the courage and determination to keep going when things don’t go according to plan.

Today, I look at my experiences differently. The things I once considered setbacks have become some of my greatest teachers. The mistakes I made became lessons. The challenges I faced became wisdom. And the years of experience I gained became something far more valuable than a résumé—they became a foundation for helping others.
