Today we’d like to introduce you to Linsey Taylor.
Hi Linsey, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I officially began my real estate career in 2009 in wise county. A terrible time to get into real estate, but such as any new business venture I’ve started, I learned to be creative, work hard, and perceiver.
Overcoming challenges is something I am used to. As I grew up in a single parent household. Watching my mother struggle to provide for me. My desire to always be successful in life and career so soothing I don’t think I’ve learned. But always had a deep desire for. With life changes and the need to raise our children in a more wholesome environment, my husband and I made the decision to live our home and businesses to Graham TX. In 2017. This was not an easy change for me. As moving your entire real estate career to a smaller town where you have no roots is not something I would ever advise anyone to do. However I will say that the challenges in doing so, inspired me to increase my knowledge and licensure and take control over my real estate future. It never occurred to me before to work towards getting my brokers license. And owning my own real estate brokerage was almost unimaginable. But, the struggle of rebuilding my real estate career in new market inspired me to do just that. So today I am the Broker and owner of Ahart Real Estate. Ahart is my family’s name. We have many agents thought north Texas. Reaching as far east as Dallas and west today Abilene.
I have also most recently created a new business franchise called Pony Express Pack and Ship. My first store is also located and Graham. And we hope to have a new store opening every 6 mos beginning mid 2026.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Smooth? Whats that? Lol
No, nothing in my personal or professional life has been smooth or easy. Too many struggles to list. But to be honest, I always just try to find the “work around”. Something I learned early on in my real estate career. That there is always a way to “make it happen”.

I created the company in 2021.
I am most proud of being the person to accomplish, what most others around me thought I never could. I am known for my competitive, but kind spirit. I am always looking to raise the level of professionalism and Customer Service we offer our clients.
Pony Express Pack And Ship
I created the company this year in 2025. It seemed that in the small royal communities we had a need for a store that offered custom packing and shipping services mailbox services and everything else you can think of that a package ship store would do all in one central location.
This is a new venture for me and I am very excited to see the hard work pay off. Our first door is located in Graham, Texas and the community has been overwhelmingly welcoming of the store opening. We are on we are on our second month of being open and business is going great.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
Of course, I am a very proud mom of three kids. My oldest daughter is traveling and living her best life in Arizona. My oldest son is in his first year of college. I’m playing baseball. Working towards his dream of becoming a major league baseball player. Our youngest son is a junior in high school. He makes the honor roll every semester and spends his free time playing sports as well. He hopes to go to college to play football.
