Establishing a thriving legacy spanning 8 years, nestled in the heart of DFW, she has cultivated Skin Essentials in Rowlett TX into a 5X award-winning medical spa. Fueled by the philosophy of result-driven & holistic skin treatments, SE Med-Spa continues to flourish annually, making strides in the realm of beauty and self-care.
As a multi-award winning skin revision specialist, Morgans education & expertise in medical esthetics & master laser professional, allows her and the incredible esthetics team, to confidently help their clients with any skin concerns and beauty needs.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Over the past decade in the beauty industry, I’ve learned that there is always going to be speed bumps along the way, the top 2 lessons learned would be:
1. Staying present during your client’s time with you is key… we all have to have our learning moments when it comes to growing and losing clientele, but sometimes we can fall short on things. A few times a year, I will do a little “self-audit” on my business. “ How does my environment feel? Is this a place where I would want to come to? How can I elevate my clients service?” This practice has helped me implement tweaks within my business, and reminds myself to give my full attention to that moment and my clients’ needs.
2. Hiring a good CPA is a MUST! (and a bookkeeper if you need) You want to make sure that the people you have helping you navigate your business are knowledgeable. Ask for referrals from other business owners you know, making sure they are familiar with the beauty industry and things needed for your business.
