Started out as the Mobile phone repair guy around DFW, and grew it into a chain of iFix stores in Texas! iFix Carrollton has been the first iFix opening in October 2015. We only fixed iphones at the start and now repair all electronics. From gaming consoles HDMI replacments, Laptop motherboard repairs, to iphone screen repairs! Ifix Fixes it all!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Keeping up with new devices – Phones, consoles, and laptops change constantly; repair methods that worked last year might brick a device today.
Damage disputes – Even with intake photos, “you broke it” moments happen.
