Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
When I first opened my restaurant in 2009. I had a very simple vision. I did not just want to serve food – I wanted to create a place where people could feel comfortable, like they were sitting in their own living room. A space where customers could come, enjoy good food, and talk about their lives, families, even business ideas.
We make our burgers fresh every day, source our brats locally & prepare German potato salad from scratch. For me authenticity matters – people can taste the difference.
The journey has not been fast or eas. Growth has taken time, patience and consistency. We are still grow – we see new faces, new famio& stories walking your doors.
At the end of the da, Burgers & Brats is more than just business to me. It’s a place where people come together, connect memories – and that’s exact what I hoped for from the very beginning.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It is still challenging that because of groceries price & gas price drastically increases now I do not know even how long we can keep the listed price menu we can manage.
There are challenges for good outcome so never had bad obstacles.

We cook burgers, brats, cheesesteaks, turkey & veggie burgers from heart.
We also serve truffles fries, onion rings, sweet fries, tater tots, sauerkrauts, hot German potato salad.
As I mentioned before fresh burgers with 20 different kind burgers we served .
We get brats from locally from Muenster texas.
We cooked German potato salad from scratch traditionally ways.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Of course, traveling different places & finding out local spot for great foods & talking with chefs.
