Today we’d like to introduce you to Robin Pandey.
Robin, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey into technology started long before AI became a buzzword. About 20 years ago, I taught myself website development simply because I loved building things. I spent nearly five years volunteering with a nonprofit, designing, managing, and continuously improving their website. That experience sparked my passion for using technology not just to build systems, but to solve real-world problems and create meaningful impact.
I went on to study computer science and economics, followed by earning an MBA in Management. Early in my career, I worked across diverse roles in finance, sales, IT business analysis, project management, and product management. This broad exposure became one of my biggest strengths because it gave me a rare ability to understand both the business and technical sides of innovation.
Over the years, I had the opportunity to contribute to enterprise initiatives with Fortune 500 organizations, including JPMorgan Chase and Cognizant. In these roles, I helped translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
Alongside my corporate career, I’ve always been driven by entrepreneurship. I founded Apollo Performing Arts and Academy, a music school focused on nurturing creativity and community through education, and later launched Apollo Technologies US, where I help businesses adopt modern technology solutions. These ventures allowed me to combine my passion for business leadership with hands-on technical innovation.
Around 2024, I recognized that artificial intelligence was entering a transformative phase, moving from theory into practical business applications. I immersed myself deeply in AI, not just learning it, but actively building with it. Since then, I’ve architected and deployed more than 20 live, production-ready applications using multi-LLM workflows, leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to accelerate development and drive measurable business results.
In 2026, my focus is on building agentic AI systems that help businesses of all sizes automate workflows, improve decision-making, and solve complex operational challenges, enabling them to scale faster, operate more efficiently, and compete in an increasingly AI-driven world.
Today, my work focuses on helping organizations integrate AI into their operations, whether that means automating workflows, improving customer engagement, enhancing decision-making, or streamlining critical functions like marketing, compliance, finance, and operations.
At this stage in my journey, I see myself as a bridge between worlds, corporate discipline and startup agility, strategy and execution, and business vision and technical innovation. My mission is simple: to transform ideas into intelligent, scalable systems that create real business impact.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but the challenges along the way have been some of my greatest teachers.
When I first started, I didn’t have a traditional path into technology. I taught myself web development simply out of curiosity and passion while volunteering for a nonprofit organization. At that time, I didn’t have mentors in the field or a clear roadmap, so much of my learning came through trial and error. There were many late nights spent figuring things out on my own, often failing before finally finding solutions. That experience taught me persistence and the confidence to learn independently.
As I moved into corporate roles and worked with Fortune 500 companies, I faced a different type of challenge, navigating complex organizational environments. Large enterprises often have strict processes, legacy systems, and multiple stakeholders, which can make innovation slow and difficult. Learning how to communicate across business and technical teams, manage competing priorities, and still drive meaningful results required patience, adaptability, and strong leadership skills.
Entrepreneurship brought another set of struggles. When I founded Apollo Performing Arts and Academy and later Apollo Technologies US, I had to take significant personal risks, investing time, energy, and resources without any guarantees of success. Building something from the ground up meant wearing many hats at once, from strategist to developer to marketer. There were moments of uncertainty, but those experiences strengthened my resilience and reinforced my belief in long-term vision over short-term challenges.
More recently, the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence has created both excitement and pressure. The pace of change is incredibly fast, and staying relevant requires constant learning and experimentation. However, I’ve embraced this as an opportunity rather than a challenge, using it to continuously innovate and build real-world solutions.
Looking back, I realize that the road wasn’t smooth, but each obstacle helped me grow stronger, more adaptable, and more determined. Those experiences ultimately shaped my mindset today: that challenges are not barriers, but stepping stones toward meaningful progress and innovation.
