Community Highlights: Meet Ryan Lambert of Outlaw Renovations

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Lambert.

Hi Ryan, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started with a renovation company as a laborer at 18yrs old. I became a crew leader within 6 months for my hard work ethic and soaking up knowledge very fast. I continued to work at different companies throughout the years working my way up the ladder. Before I started this company 2.5 years ago I was ceo of a high end remodel and new build company out of argyle tx. I have 16yrs experience

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a struggle in the past working for companies that don’t have enough work to make a full paycheck. I have guaranteed all of my employees 40hrs every week since day one

We’ve been impressed with Outlaw Renovations , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We offer remodeling, new builds, additions, bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor living and much more. We have 4 crews of our own and don’t sub every aspect out like the competitors. I do all the estimates and customer service to ensure it’s top notch. I have a superintendent that supervises the jobs and grew up in the industry just as I did. I’m most proud of how much we give back to the community, particularly the next generation with sponsoring over 30 different organizations. We offer high end results for affordable prices and give military and first responders 10% discount

Who else deserves credit in your story?
Almost all solo. My wife Baylie Lambert came up with our slogan and used to make digital flyers I would post on Facebook. My superintendent Cody Graham has taken a lot off my plate by ensuring each job is running smooth
