Hi Stephen, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
The mortgage stage started as a direct result of a prior career that I was questioning. What started as an initial interest has become a long seasoned career with several aspects involving a larger sand box. From origination, to sales, operations & servicing I’ve sat in different seats expanding my experience & career. These pivots have brought us to where we discovered we need to provide an all-in. Too many lenders either don’t want to provide this but really pushes our clients/business partners downstream and that lacks purpose. Our trust, value & expertise is untouched.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Never. With every career and seasoning there are bumps, paths, then large peaks & valleys. Consistency is key and has driven me to continue to be determined.

So overall there is no loan program we do not cover. That transpired because most lenders, banks, brokers provide in sand box loans. From hard money, bank statement, itin & more of a boutique shop (including all the common conv/fha/va) I discovered you loose control of capability and really the need to be able to service the client. Whether it’s a self-employed borrower or vet or fixer upper we have the offering to complete the task. Nothing worse than telling a client/business partner we don’t have that. If we can’t do it, it doesn’t exist. Deep discovery into loan solution and expertise in driving that path.
