Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Odza.
Hi Tony, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We are family-owned and operated and have been doing business in Allen since 1992. We have Allen Cafe and Italian Villa Restaurant.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In any business, there are struggles, especially in the restaurant business, but we have been successful and withstood the test of time. We have seen this area grow from a small bedroom community to a city that has about 150 thousand population. We have made many friendships along the way.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I think what sets us apart from others is that we are hands-on and care about the community. We always offer a great product at a fair price. We go above and beyond to make sure each and every one of out customers is satisfied.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
The best thing about Allen is that we are a close community, and even though it’s grown exponentially, it still has a little of the small-town feel. There is nothing I can think of to dislike.
