Hi Trimone, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
First Class VA Tax became a reality because my Husband Dedrick told me it was time to step out on faith. I come from a marketing and sales background and tax preparation has always been my passion.
Over the last five years, we have dedicated ourselves to our Mission.
We don’t only want to prepare taxes. We want to educate our clients on how to maximize their deductions and minimize their tax debt.
Also, I am a member of NATP and I pride myself on knowledge and learning to make sure my clients are getting the best!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s not been a smooth road at all. Covid hit us like it hit million of Americans. When we had to shut down it was scary.
But because we had already been doing Virtual Services, we were able to regroup very fast.
Our virtual program is not just a telephone call. We have a full system that allows us to use video and a secure portal to make sure the clients’ information is being kept safe.
And because of that, we were able to make sure our clients didn’t miss out on filing.

First Class VA Taxes was established in 2016 by Trimone and Dedrick Washington and is an independently owned company, located in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in the preparing and electronically filing of Federal and State income tax returns for individuals and small businesses in all 50 states.
We strive for excellence and being a productive part of our community. Our staff is a team of trained tax professionals who knows the importance of giving outstanding customer service and believe in going beyond what is expected in educating our clients on new and existing tax laws.
