Today we’d like to introduce you to Virginia Prodan.

Hi Virginia, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Virginia Prodan is an International Human Rights Attorney, an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom, Best Selling Author of memoir – Saving My Assassin – Published by Tyndale House Publishers, an International sought-after KeyNote Speaker, and the Host of Courageous Leadership with Virginia Prodan Podcast.
Virginia is serving as an Ambassador on President Council at National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), on the Advisory Board of the American Christian Leaders for Israel (ACLI), and other organizations.

As a young attorney in Romania under Nicolae Ceausescu’s brutal communist regime, Virginia had spent her entire life searching for the truth. When she finally found it in the pages of the most forbidden book in all of Romania, Virginia accepted the divine call to defend fellow followers of Christ against unjust persecution in an otherwise ungodly land. For this “act of treason”, she was kidnapped, beaten, tortured, placed under house arrest, and came within seconds of being executed under the orders of Ceausescu himself.

Virginia currently resides in Dallas, TX. She enjoys practicing law, writing, attending the opera and the symphony, speaking around the world or traveling for pleasure. She has two daughters, Anca and Andreea, and a son, Emanuel.

– In Communist Romania – As a young attorney in Romania under Nicolae Ceausescu’s brutal communist regime, Virginia had spent her entire life searching for the truth. When she finally found it in the pages of the most forbidden book in all of Romania, Virginia accepted the divine call to defend fellow followers of Christ against unjust persecution in an otherwise ungodly land. For this “act of treason”, she was kidnapped, beaten, tortured, placed under house arrest, and came within seconds of being executed under the orders of Ceausescu himself.

– In America – Exiled from Romania since 1988, Virginia arrived with no money, friends or knowing English. She knew five languages but not English. After she learned English she was accepted to Dedman Law School. And in 3 years she graduated from S.M. U. Law School with 2 degrees – a Juris Doctor (JD) and an International LLM degree (LLM). She is an Allied Attorney wit alliance Defending Freedom (ADF).
