Hi Ajua, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a Dallas-based celebrity hairstylist and makeup artist trained at the prestigious Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy.
One of the original members of the BabylissPro Artistic Team, I have spent nearly two decades traveling the nation as a platform artist and educator at major hair shows.
I specialize in flawless bridal beauty and high-end editorial work, styling hair and makeup on television and production sets across the industry.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It came with its set of challenges, balancing constant travel (18 hair shows a year) with keeping my home clients happy and staying available for everyone. It was a real juggle!

As a hairstylist and makeup artist specializing in special-occasion hair, flawless updos, blowouts, finishing looks, and bridal beauty, I traveled teaching at 18 major hair shows and classes a year while maintaining a fully booked chair back home. More grateful than proud to say that I’ve had the advantage of working alongside some of the country’s top stylists, sharpening my craft, but what truly sets me apart is my obsessive attention to detail, every strand, every contour is always perfectly placed.

Making people look and feel beautiful. Why? Because I had a little something to do with it
