Conversations with Andria Arceneaux

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andria Arceneaux.

Hi Andria, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I am originally from Jackson, MS. After graduating from Mississippi State with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, I worked in the corporate arena in higher-level management in Healthcare for 10 years. When I became a wife and mother, I had a vision of what I wanted my life to be. I wanted to be very present in those roles. Unfortunately, staying in my corporate role didn’t align with my vision. I’ve always had a passion for real estate and helping people so becoming a realtor was a no-brainer. I got licensed as a realtor one week before the country shut down due to covid. I instantly had doubts about what my future held. My 1st year of real estate was many ups, downs, and fear of not being successful. But I stayed the course, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not, lol… But anything worth having takes some adversity to overcome. Even though I have been doing real estate for a short period of time, I have experienced some challenges. The biggest, I would say, is disingenuous people. That’s from potential clients and colleagues. I dissect those challenges and learn from them to grow as a person and in my business.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a Realtor, I service DFW, Houston and surrounding areas! I am brokered through Ultima Real Estate! I’m also a part of a great all-women minority group called The KNA Realty Group. We pride ourselves on our clients having a luxury experience at every price point. I specialize in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I work with people from all walks of life first-time home buyers, seasoned buyers, luxury clients, people wanting to sell their homes, and new and existing business owners looking for a space. I host free virtual home buying seminars to educate people on the home buying process. I’m most proud of being able to get my clients that have had challenges of buying in the past into homes. It’s truly rewarding helping people’s dreams come true. I pride myself on educating my clients on the process, whether it’s buying or selling a home and even on the commercial side. I treat my clients as more than a transaction but as family. I have every client’s best interest at the forefront, and I hope it shows.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
I’ve learned that hard work and consistency work. Even though it sometimes seems that the work you are putting in isn’t working, people are always watching; keep watering those seeds, and they will bloom into beautiful flowers.
