Hi Arsheya, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
We started DFW Love Notes almost 3 years ago. We always had the desire to build something of our own, something creative, meaningful, and different. At every wedding and event we attended, we noticed the same thing: people take tons of photos and videos, but the voices were missing. There wasn’t an audio guestbook service in our area, and we felt it would be such a special addition. When we launched, the idea immediately felt personal and timeless. Hearing the voices of loved ones not just today, but years from now, is truly heartwarming. There’s something powerful about listening to laughter, inside jokes, heartfelt advice, or even a simple “I love you” long after the moment has passed. It’s a modern twist on a traditional idea, and people instantly connected with it. As we grew, we expanded our offerings to include welcome table setups, welcome signs, and vinyl recordings of the audio guestbook messages. Since the welcome table is the first thing guests see, creating a beautiful and intentional space helps set the tone for the entire event. Between the audio guestbook and our curated welcome displays, we’ve been able to offer an experience that feels both unique and truly memorable.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Overall, it has been a great experience so far, but like any growing business, we’ve had our share of learning moments. One of the biggest adjustments was learning how to manage social media effectively, creating content, staying consistent, and understanding what truly connects with people. We also had to learn how to communicate with clients, set expectations, and handle situations we had never experienced before. Every challenge has helped us grow, improve our processes, and become more confident in what we do. It’s all part of the journey, and we’re grateful for how much we’ve learned along the way.

At DFWLoveNotes, we specialize in creating heartfelt and memorable experiences through our audio guestbook service. The welcome table is the first thing guests see, so we put a lot of thought into making it visually stunning, intentional, and aligned with the overall vibe of the event. We incorporate framed photos, decor, and thoughtful styling to create a beautiful and cohesive display. In addition, we create modern acrylic signs and linen signs that help make each event feel unique. All of our services are designed to complement one another and create a seamless, elevated experience.
What sets us apart is the care, detail, and creativity we bring to each event. My biggest advice for anyone just starting out is to be consistent! Success doesn’t happen overnight, and the journey takes time. I also wish I had known all that it would take to build this business and set it up for long-term success, from the planning to the daily dedication and execution required. It’s also important to stay adaptable and keep learning. Celebrate the small wins along the way, they add up and keep you motivated.
