Hi Crystal, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
Sleepy Beauty Has Awakened in 3D! I Am the narrative of my story! It is amazing how my story has evolved to endless possibilities. I am sure you wondering what has allowed my story to become a story filled with endless possibilities. I am glad you asked… I took the courage to heal and become the best version of myself. The things, people, and opportunities that we attract heal are so profound. To be honest it is like a whole new world that is waiting for you to pull out the Red Carpet on your behalf. Three years ago, I made a very difficult decision to walk away from everything that I created and worked so hard from. I was silently very unhappy and felt so defeated. As being a Pastor, Transformation Coach, Mentor, etc. We are taught to show the world that you can have it all. Especially, as being a Christian Woman. That is false, and it is very challenging and difficult to keep up something that we were not truly taught how to do. The expectation is just pressed upon you by social media, highly influenced individuals etc. However, I said all of that to say this: I was giving strength to everyone except the person who truly needed me. That was Crystal N. Tolbert. I want to encourage someone who understands it is easier to walk away from nothing versus everything. My career as an entrepreneur was going wonderfully, and the ministry was still thriving even during a pandemic. Six months prior to my walking away, I created a program called “27 Days of Healing”. I never knew this program would be for anyone else but me. I became my own client, but through God’s Grace, this program launched my business into a very lucrative business. The program has helped over 1000 clients. This is a true testament of God giving me Beauty for Ashes. I will forever be grateful that my pain could birth out a program that has changed the trajectory of many clients whom I have had an opportunity to Coach. In the last 3 years, I had to adjust to a total different life. I went from being well-known to being very quiet and strategic. I am now a single Mother with a 10-year-old son. Because of myself and my ex-husband, I respectfully have not shared my story in depth. However, I can truly say this now. All the pain and disappointment truly prepared me for this time in my life. Having this opportunity to showcase my story now is divine timing. Previously, I only shared things that would be considered surface-level. Not Anymore, I Am free to tell my story so that others can understand that it might start out as a nightmare but with God it will become a Masterpiece. Everything thing that I lost, I have gained back and some. The love that I longed for in others, I truly found within myself. I see my worth and value so clearly now. I say this to every individual that is reading this article. Never be afraid to start over; you will be surprised at what is on the other side of your Mountain. There’s truly milk and honey when you are ready to climb that mountain. I have never been so happy and at peace from within. I Am grateful that I am the one who can share my story. Some that have encountered what I encountered did not live to share. We have so many gifts that are in the Grave, I feel truly honored to be able to share them with others. My Mother died at 36, so it has always been very important to me that I savor the moment. Over the last 3 years, I have gone back into Corporate America. My coaching and developing skills have offered me the opportunity to help a Team of amazing, energetic individuals that I can lead. I am a Quality Manager for Louis Vuitton. I still currently have clients that I see for my personal business, and I have been privileged to have some of my peers as clients as well. As I close, I want to share this: “Your Dreams Truly never have an expiration date, so stop acting like they do!”

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely not; it truly took courage to be able to walk away from the known to the unknown. Without a back a plan. Having to start over with a young child and fully support that child and the Lifestyle that he was accustomed too. The uncertainty of knowing if I could rebuild a career that would provide fulfillment and servitude.

As a Transformational Coach, I help people transform into who they were purposely created & destined to be Unapologetically. I provide them with a safe haven so they can find their true soul’s purpose. I also help with getting rid of self-destructive thoughts and toxic behavior habits that hinder them from Manifesting their Destiny! I provide strategic strategies on how to improve self-awareness, mental blocks & self-mastery!
One of my greatest accomplishments would be creating a mentorship program that has helped many individuals to cultivate greatness from within. My signature Program, “27 Days of Healing,” is A twenty-seven-day journey of Real Healing, Authentic Restoration, and Quiet time with God!
