Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniella Solis.
Hi Daniella, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began my career many moons ago in the entertainment sector of PR/Marketing. From there, worked for several marketing/ad agencies and worked HARD. I worked really long, grueling hours for many years and was extremely dedicated to always doing my best. I think that really helped secure my future so that I can have a less grueling work life today.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I thought it was challenging. I’ve been in an industry that’s highly competitive. Many people want the “cool jobs” in the marketing/pr world so being in the industry meant always going above and beyond to secure my roles.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I now do social media work for Toyota corporate. I’m very proud to represent this wonderful company. I’d like to think my work ethic and being a good colleague always set me apart from others.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Tenacity. Knowing what I want and going for it despite all the challenges faced.
Hard work. Leave everything better than you found it.
