Hi Dipen, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
As a hands-on father, I was looking for a tutoring place for my son. I personally visited several institutions and evaluated the in terms of their quality of tutoring, methodology and evaluation process.
To my surprise, I was unable to find any tutoring place that would customized tutoring just for my son to the areas where he was struggling.
Almost all tutoring places had “One Size Fits All” system – that is not what i was looking for. I wanted something which can be customized for my son and areas of gaps.
This is what made me look out for a good Franchise which would cater to my requirements and that’s when I found Grade Power Learning.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Starting a business has not been a smooth road. There have been numerous challenges and struggles along the way.
One of the significant challenge was finding the right talent. It took time to build a team that shared our vision and had the necessary skills.
Additionally, navigating complex regulatory requirements and adapting to changing market trends were significant struggles. There were times when we felt overwhelmed and uncertain about the future. However, perseverance, hard work, and a willingness to learn from mistakes have helped us overcome these obstacles and continue growing.

Her unwavering belief in me and my abilities has given me the confidence to take risks and push through challenges. She has also been a sounding board for my ideas, offering valuable insights and feedback that have helped shape the business.
Moreover, she has taken on additional responsibilities, managing our household and caring for our family, allowing me to focus on growing the business.
Also my family – My parents have been a constant source of encouragement and guidance. My siblings have also been a great source of support, offering valuable advice and feedback whenever I needed it. Their collective support, love, and encouragement have given me the confidence to pursue my dreams and build a successful business. I’m forever grateful for their presence in my life.
